Men’s Health Tools

Liz James · October 9, 2024 ·

These two were among the stars of the show last night at table talk.
Ladies, as a rule, men tend to die earlier than women😥 (this is an established and studied fact). Most of the reasons why they tend to die earlier are entirely avoidable! (God gave man a female partner for a reason….. so we could help keep them around longer😍!)
Prostate Health is one supplement all men over 40 should be taking. Why? Prostate cancer is the 2nd most common cancer in men (skin cancer is first). Just one of the benefits of Prostate Health is that it slows the production of a hormone called DHT. Excessive amounts of DHT creates abnormal cell growth in the prostate which can lead to the big “C”.
Shutran…. I don’t know a soul who doesn’t love this oil blend! Function blended with a deep woodsy scent….. there isn’t a cologne out there that has a biological purpose like Shutran. If your guy has low T….. and he wears cologne, that is very likely contributing to the problem!!! Those commercial toxic fragrances inhibit testosterone production…. Shutran does the opposite❤️…. it supports the production of testosterone!
Have you smelled Shutran? It is so yummy!

Herbs For Women’s Health

Liz James · September 30, 2024 ·

Noteworthy chart taken from the book, Foundations of Botanical Medicine. Pharmacognosy is defined as the branch of knowledge concerned with medicinal drugs obtained from plants or other natural sources. Although “ancient”, each one of these health concerns and their herbal remedies can be validated multiple times over in the modern science found in pubmed.gov and other resources.

Plants are extremely valuable and effective tools in women’s health and the body identifies with the properties of a plant much better than the synthetic (aka manmade) attempts of the original. “Imitated but not duplicated.”

God gave us what we need in the garden🌿.

This chart can be found in Chapter 2 / The History of Herbal Medicines for Women.

“In virtually every culture, without exception, women maintained knowledge of herbal healing for the prevention and treatment of common maladies that afflicted their communities, including herbal treatments for women’s complaints.”

Kudos to each one of you out there who are keeping this art alive and well, and have the compassion and wisdom to share with others! You are the keepers of the “family book of remedies” and it’s an honor and a privilege to be with you in this purpose and journey.

Why To Avoid Deodorant

Liz James · September 25, 2024 ·

Well that was fun! I almost felt a little guilty, prompting chatgpt with questions that literally backed itself into a corner. 😜😂🤓
As for me and my house, we can’t avoid the aluminum, barium, and sulfur falling from the sky, but we CAN avoid it in our deodorant. I use Thieves toothpaste as my deodorant (best tip ever, thank you Danette Goodyear ! ). YL also has 3 deodorants…. but we just love the toothpaste as a dual duty product.
Not only does Thieves toothpaste keep me from being stinky, It helps draw out previous antiperspirant buildup and other toxins (ahem, such as those falling from the sky🙄) that tend to gather in pit lymph nodes and eventually create mayhem. The heavy metal (aluminum) that is in common anti-perspirants is there to purposefully clog your pores to reduce wetness. We need to sweat friends, we just don’t have to be stinky!….. it’s a God given talent our body has to help us detox ( and THAT ability to detox goes a long way towards decreasing the chances of developing some pretty debilitating diseases like Alzheimer’s).

For the record, I’m not a fan of AI, so this feels like I’m feeding the snake his tail and that feels slightly rewarding🤭💪.

There is an extremely tragic story unfolding in California right now involving a beautiful and incredibly strong young woman who has been vaccine injured in a hospital.
Please please please do your research, have an advocate, and a living medical directive already in place (before something happens….. you never know when you’ll need such a thing). It is incredibly hard, tho doable, to advocate for yourself in a hospital setting.
I’ve decided not to post pictures of her, and instead would just ask that you keep Alexis Lorenze in your prayers, and use her story as a catalyst to becoming more educated to the potential dangers of both vaccine and hospital “one size fits all” protocols. Consequences are not always fixable and unfortunately informed consent, tho a law, is rarely implemented. And sadly, if someone is vaccine injured, because of laws protecting vaccine companies and those who directively administer them, there is precious little recourse for the victim.

If you are new to research, I suggest these books and reading them in this order:
1. Well Considered
2. Dissolving Illusions
3. Vaccines: Are they Really Safe and Effective
4. Vaccines, Autoimmunity, and the changing nature of Childhood Illness
5. Vax-Unvax
6. Turtles all the way Down
7. The rest of the books pictured

When I graduated pharmacy school in 1991, I trusted what I had been taught. About 10 years into my pharmacy practice I started learning the truth, and for the last 23 years, I have been advocating for the truth to be told and a greater measure of informed consent (that was actually carried out before administration of a drug or vaccine).
Lives are (more often than you might ever imagine) forever changed in the blink of an eye with a needle attached to a syringe loaded with a product that has never (yes, I said it) been adequately tested for safety.
I’m here for the conversation…. message me privately if you’d like to visit one on one.
xoxo ~ liz
