Horse (and People) Deworming

I’ve been using #silverliningherbs equine dewormer for several years now and LOVE the product (it’s super easy to use in addition to being safe for them). I also love that they send out a deworming schedule I can keep in the feed room as a reminder. I also love that they send out this schedule because it helps me plan when I’m going to start my 2-3 times a year parasite cleanse for my human self. It takes a little prepping to get my personal house in order beforehand. Making sure the digestive system is in strong working order, supporting liver function, and then the actual parasite cleanse. Have you ever done one?
 
Here’s a great reference for best practice start date of the actual parasite cleanse. Plan on 4-6 weeks of gut/liver love beforehand and during ๐Ÿ˜‰.
 
We North Americans are a snotty bunch…. thinking parasites are only an issue in 3rd world countries. No so. We’re just as ๐Ÿชฑ๐Ÿฆ wormy!….. maybe even moreso because it’s an often neglected aspect of health.

Medical Freedom Victories

We are making strides friends….. keep up the good work! ๐Ÿ™Œ
Perhaps it has been the events of the last 2 1/2 years that are slowly opening people’s eyes to the reality….. Big Pharma๐Ÿ’Š and Big Insurance ๐Ÿงพand Big Medicine๐Ÿฉบ (aka: The Medical Industrial Complex) have a vested interest in our sickness, not our health. If we are healthy, we are far less likely to become a permanent commodity to their system. The healthier we are, the less profit for them.
Our grandparents and great grands were far healthier than the younger generations alive today. Immune systems are damaged by the tremendous number of vaccines kiddos are given. In the “olden days” just a few were given (in my elementary years, that number was less than)ย ๐Ÿ˜Ž. Today, a child isn’t considered fully jabbed unless they’ve received over 72….. autism, allergies, autoimmune disorders (and many other health conditions) have risen to obscene numbers. It’s now considered “remarkable” to be fully healthy. Some of the most remarkably healthy children I know….. remarkable in mind๐Ÿง , body๐Ÿ’ช, and intellect๐Ÿค“ are the product of a jab free lifestyle by their parent’s choice.
Medical Freedom gives us the right to choose these things. It’s why we fight as we do. Without physical and mental health, we cannot fully be and do the person we are designed to be.
The CDC’s recently published decline (from 95% to 94%) in overall childhood vaccinations is written from the point of view that ground has been lost. But for those of us who have been standing strong and fighting this fight for many years, it’s a victory โค๐Ÿ™Œ, and a sign of ground gained! People are waking up. To God be the glory….. with enormous thanks to the foot soldiers who fight tirelessly to bring truth to light ๐Ÿซต. The truth shall not be kept in the dark!
Since we talked about books yesterday, here’s a few more to consider when exploring the truth about vaccines:
1. Dissolving Illusions by Dr Suzanne Humphries (the first book that woke me up).
2. Miller’s Review of Critical Vaccine Studies (studies aren’t always what they seem due in no small part to who is funding and backing the study, and data is often manipulated. It’s estimated that 2/3 of ALL “scientific” studies can not be reproduced due to data manipulation.)
3. Vaccines, Autoimmunity, and the Changing Nature of Childhood Illness by Thomas Cowan MD. (Dr. Cowan has been fighting the good fight for truth and childhood preservation of health for decades. He is a true hero on the battlefield)
4. Turtles All The Way Down: Vaccine Science and Myth by Zoey O’Toole and Mary Holland . (I’ve not finished reading this one yet, but I can already tell based on reviews and what I have read thusfar is that this book should be read before agreeing to any vaccines)
The application of knowledge is power ๐Ÿซต๐Ÿง ๐Ÿ’ชโค๏ธ

Dry Skin Solutions

Dry skin is something so many of us struggle with in the winter months. We slather on lotions and creams and it can seem like a constant battle. Dry skin does tend to get worse in the winter because our bodies don’t seem to crave water as much and drinks like coffee or hot chocolate (or soda) don’t solve the problem. It’s us to up to be the watchdog and caregiver of ourselves!
Other signs of winter dehydration:
  1. Dark colored urine (it should be light colored to clear)
  2. Sweating or finding you don’t need to visit the bathroom as often.
  3. fatigue (very common symptom of dehydration!)
  4. Dry mouth
  5. Headaches
  6. Sugar cravings (dehydration makes it harder to break down glycogen which releases glucose/energy to the bloodstream. This leads to craving sweet treats)
Unless you have a medical condition, be sure to drink at least half your body weight in fluid ounces daily (ex: 200lb person will need to drink 100 oz of water daily). If drinking plain water isn’t your jam, add in the YL Vitality Drops (electrolytes) for a tasty alternative! (available as Lavender Lemonade or Bergamot Grapefruit).

Sitting Ourselves To Death

Physical exercise significantly lowers risk for covid 19 conplications
There’s about 1001 reasons not to be sedentary. Even if movement may be hard or foreign to you, there are still ways to move purposefully (chair yoga or exercising in water is a great starting point). COVID gave us one more reason to embrace physical activity….. keep moving friends!
