Oh. My. Word. This was the sweetest event yesterday afternoon. One of the things I love about the entrepreneur group I’m involved in (Master Networks), is our commitment to being involved in community. We have the most special cafe in our local area. It’s called Hugs, and it’s a nonprofit designed to help adults with disabilities learn skills that allow them to be a functional productive interactive member of our community. (and the food is delicious too!)
Yesterday afternoon was their Community Summer Social and our group participated by providing Pizza and manpower to help make the event an encouraging and fun time for everyone. You simply cannot help but melt a little with all the smiles and dancing in pure innocence like the worries of the world aren’t out there. Such beauty and joy!
Community involvement is good medicine friends. Don’t be afraid to get out there and be a part of all that is still good, kind, pure, and unadulterated.

If you haven’t yet both learned it and experienced it, you’re missing out on a VIP wellness tool in your toolbox.
Education is a big part of what we do. Personal empowerment is a key component of wellness.
Feeding babies in a healthy manner has been around since the beginning of time. There ARE very healthy homemade formula recipes available out there should you find yourself in need of baby formula.
Remember, prepackaged food is generally not uber healthy. In fact, sometimes it’s downright unhealthy. (Does anyone remember the Nestle baby formula fiasco a few decades ago?)
I have been a follower and member of the Weston A Price Foundation for more than 15 years, and I stand behind their teachings. This is an organization that believes in both science and time honored healthy traditions.
