Critical Thinking with Your Health

Liz James · November 16, 2020 ·

Good morning friends! Just a reminder in healthcare lingo:
šŸ‘‰šŸ‘‰Effectiveness does not equal safety…..those two words are not interchangeable, NOR can you assume that using one of those words implies the “okay-ness” of the other.
Here is an exaggerated example, but you’ll get my drift…..
You have a toenail fungus, so the doctor decides to amputate. Well, that would be effective, wouldn’t it? But is that safe šŸ˜‰?
Conversely, what if the doctor instead decided to paint your toenails daily with a solution of normal saline as a means to treat your toe nail fungus? Well, that would be safe, but it certainly wouldn’t be effective!
When you say yes to something that causesĀ  irreversible or unremovable change to your body (big or seemingly small)Ā  make sure that what you are agreeing to is BOTH safe AND effective. Otherwise you are playing Russian roulette with your body.

German Neurologist Warns Against Wearing Facemasks

Liz James · October 26, 2020 ·

Dr. Margarite Griesz- Brisson MD, Phd is a consultant neurologist and neurophysiologist with an additional PhD in pharmacology. She has a special focus in neurotoxicology, environmental medicine, neuroregeneration, and neuroplasticity. Those credentials certainly got my attention!Ā
This video and transcript is both fascinating and sobering. Here are just a couple of tidbits if you don’t have time to read or watch:
* The human brain is very sensitive to oxygen deprivation… there are acute warning signs (headaches, drowsiness, dizziness, issues with concentration and cognition, and slowing down of reaction time). Over time, with chronic deprivation, those symptoms will disappear as the body adapts to “new normal”, but the damage continues to occur whether you feel the symptoms or not.Ā
* Neurodegenerative diseases take years to decades to develop…. Dr. Griesz-Brisson is predicting an EXPONENTIAL INCREASE in dementia cases in the next decade thanks to #mandatorymaskingup.Ā
Please friends, the numbers don’t lie. You have a greater chance of dying from a lightning strikeāš”ļø than the ‘rona . I watched my dad walk thru dementia before he passed away 7 years ago, and it is a heartbreaking way to live out the sunset years of a life.Ā  Is your brain function worth the oxygen deprivation? Medicine looks at something called risk versus benefit. If the risk of developing dementia does increase exponentially with #maskingup, is it worth it?

History Repeats

Liz James · October 19, 2020 ·

If you guessed all three, you’d actually be right! (I’ve seen more than a few of the ā€œbird beakā€ masks on people this fine 2020 year).
What was the reasoning behind this garb that dates back to the 1600’s? The first time I saw this outfit, I imagined it would have been so frightening to people who encountered a person wearing this get up. Creepy, isn’t it?
People work with what they have available to them… then and now.Ā
These “uniforms” were worn for centuries by medical professionals. In the 1630’s this garb was first designed by the chief physician to several French kings as a way to keep health workers safe from disease.
It consisted of:
šŸ‘‰a heavy black oilcloth overcoat. Oilcloth is used because it does not absorb moisture (or in this case, body fluids).
šŸ‘‰Leather gloves (no latex gloves back in the day!)
šŸ‘‰Circular glass or crystals to seal the eyes behind the mask
šŸ‘‰A wand or long stick – to inspect the (perhaps unconscious) patient from a distance.
šŸ‘‰ A mask with a ā€œbeakā€. The conical beak, stuffed with dried herbs, was dual purpose. It kept the physician from smelling the worst of the worst smells, and there was circumstantial evidence that the herbs actually may have aided in immune support and therefore provided protection to the physician. (Back then, they knew next to nothing about the immune system, but they did study ’cause and effect’ quite closely).Ā
Fable and anecdotal history has it that glove makers, perfumers, and those living in port cities with a high volume of spice trade were among the healthier population during plague years. Is it true? I don’t know for sure. What I can say tho, is that there are thousands upon thousands of 21st century studies (pubmed.gov) that give real credence to what herbs and pure essential oils can do to support the immune system and create inhospitable environments for all kinds of miasmas. The research is solid. #pubmedismyBFF
Interestingly, we are quick to make light of this birdman costume …. How could anyone imagine it would protect a person?
And yet, despite the very clear ā€œWARNINGā€ on our 2020Ā  common disposable ā€œear loopā€ mask box, people continue to rely on a simple mask for protection against the unknown without looking at actual science (or even the evidence) that 70% of those who have tested positive for theĀ  ā€˜rona are consummate mask wearers.Ā Ā

Be Informed About Vaccines

Liz James · October 9, 2020 ·

When I began researching vaccines many years ago, I did a deep dive… going where the majority of pharmacists won’t go. When you are trained in the ways in which Big Pharma wants you trained, ideologies become pretty ingrained, and it’s hard to think that maybe everything you learned just might not be entirely accurate.
Why do we have such a pandemicĀ  withĀ  chronic autoimmune disorders and autism? (1 in 5 , and 1 in 54 respectively)Ā
Ask anyone over the age of 50…. mostly the above were considered rare prior to the 90’s.
Certainly, it’s not ONLY the vaccine industry that’s to blame…. but there is assuredly a correlation. The vaccine industry exploded in the early 1990’s and children, on average,Ā  now receive over 75 vaccinations by the age of 12 if the current schedule is followed.Ā
Glyphosates, processed foods,Ā  and other toxic chemicals contribute to this pandemic.
Do you ever wonder why no Amish children have autism?
Vaccine injury is a real thing. It’s not that rare. Vaccine manufacturers cannot be sued. They are protected by the government. I don’t believe there is another industry in the USA so protected. Why is that?Ā
This is a 7 minute video(has been removed), and if you have children or are considering getting vaccinated yourself, become knowledgeable. Don’t just listen to what you learn on TV, or at the pharmacy. Remember, those with the gold make the rules. Dig deep. Do your research. We all deserve to be whole and healthy. 😘

Critter Crate Care

Liz James · September 30, 2020 ·

Dog crates are used for many things on a farm….. you just never know what kind of critter you’ll have to be either caretaking or transporting. šŸ°šŸ”šŸšŸ¢šŸ±šŸ€#truth
Birds are fairly sensitive to toxins, and I’ve used this recipe with great success both in the coop and when cleaning transport crates.Ā
Note: it also works well for kitty litter boxes AND, once you have the spray mixed up (I personally just use 8 oz of water + the other ingredients), you can use it as a misting spray over your kitty litter if it is a little stinky on occasion. #poopourri
