“It seems so easy.” (If something seems too good to be true …. or easy… in life, you can pretty much bet your last dollar there’s a hidden catch 
…. there is! In this case, you run a high risk of becoming a lifetime slave to Big Pharma and Big Med)
Mindset and context is so important when it comes to all things, but especially health.
