! …. it means I’m up to my eyebrows working on something.For the last few months, I spent many hours working to get verbiage officially recognized by the state of Texas GOP which supports the right to choose whose blood you receive in the event that a transfusion is needed and there is time for a directed donation. Just as in the 1980s (the HIV blood bank tainting emergency that got suppressed for many months before the truth came out), the current blood supply is at risk. The right to have directed donations has been “a thing” for decades, tho there are establishments within the medical community that would like you to believe otherwise. It is a God-given right to decide what goes inside your body. Make sure you exercise that right, or you risk becoming part of an experiment.

When we head back into the Texas legislative session in 2025, this will be an important piece of our testimony to petition for legislation which will ensure that Texans (all Texans!) will retain their right to choose whose blood they receive.
