Raw Milk Introduction Story

Liz James · October 21, 2024 ·

My “gateway drug” to better health and understanding the truth about natural ways to heal started in my mid 30’s when I had broken my wrist. I was working as a pharmacist at Walmart back in the mid 1990’s……. counting pills etc with a cast on my arm. In the course of 2 weeks, two different precious ladies (angels really!) changed my life by telling me I needed to drink raw milk to heal my bone more quickly.
The first lady told me this, and I remember thinking “oh Lordy, 😱raw milk is sooo dangerous”, I could never do that (pure ignorance and ego on my part. After all, I was the one who had gone to school to combat disease and dysfunction 🙄).
About a week later, the second pharmacy customer came by and said something similar, only this time, I heard the Lord say, “I told you once, here’s your second chance to hear what I’m trying to tell you. Don’t be stiff necked about this. ” It was the nudge I needed and prompted me to do some research outside of what I had been fed in school and by media. I found a book…. The Untold Story of Milk by Ron Schmid. It’s more of a textbook that combines history and science, and it changed the trajectory of my life.
Back then, I was an indoctrinated cog in the wheel of the medical industrial complex, just like everyone almost everyone else who goes through the western medical professional education system, However, once I learned the truth about raw milk and the milk industry, it gave me a thirst for what was actually true….. not that which was driven by money and profit.
The layers of the onion are many.
The Bible talks about milk quite a lot ( 68 times to be exact) and for good reason. It is healing and it is nourishing…. lifegiving.
Here’s an interesting article, originally written in 1929 I think you’ll find interesting. https://www.realmilk.com/milk-cure/
Don’t let bias, belief, or ego get in the way of learning the truth….. not just about milk, but about anything that may be standing in the way of mind, body, spirit health.
The Bible speaks of stiff necked people too…. 40 times.😉
Have a raw milk moustache Monday!

Dairy Digestibility

Liz James · September 21, 2024 ·

The beginning of my personal health journey was raw milk….. you might even call it my “gateway” to learning the truth about all the things we have grown accustomed to believing to be true but are actually complex lies with a thin vein of truth to them.
Lactose intolerance is often a misnomer/misdiagnosis. More often than not (tho there is a low % of exceptions), the real culprit is either what has been done to the milk through the pasteurization, homogenization, and additives to make milk uniform in color. The other key piece of this is milk genetics: A1 vs A2 milk.
…… and the reason we have our sweet herd of A2/A2 Jerseys.

Who Are You Today

Liz James · August 24, 2024 ·

If you haven’t yet listened to RFK’s speech from yesterday (suspending his campaign), I highly encourage you to…. to at least listen to the last half of it.
If you haven’t listened to Tucker’s interview with Casey and Calley Means (who are both referenced by RFK in his speech), I highly encourage you to do so. For your health, and the health of future generations.
If our country as a whole waits much longer to implement change, it WILL be too late.

Xylitol Risks

Liz James · July 7, 2024 ·

I have been wary about large (and regular) consumption of xylitol for quite some time simply because it may cause gut dysbiosis (when consumed in larger quantities) and dysbiosis never did anybody any favors 😬.
This was an interesting find by Dr. Laura Koniver, and I find it especially relevant given the number of people who are walking around with clotting disorders (some who know, but the vast majority have no clue) now because of the cov💉d jab side effects. I’ll post a link to the actual study in the comments.
Never stop learning, connecting the dots, and discerningly applying what is learned. Also remember that moderation is key. Xylitol in toothpaste does help prevent cavities and it’s a small amount, but chewing on gum that is sweetened with xylitol all day long or drinking drinks regularly that are sweetened with xylitol probably isn’t a great long-term plan. I’ll be keeping an eye out for more info on this topic.

Ningxia Red Creamsicles Recipe

Yes, please! #hotweathertreat
Way better for kiddos (and adults too!) than the toxic dyes, high fructose corn syrup, and other icky ingredients in the majority of freezer section desserts/treats.
