Essential Oils

Happy May Day with Happy-Making Essential Oils

Liz James · May 1, 2025 ·

Happy May Day friends! (Did anyone else celebrate this fun day when they were growing up? It seems to have disappeared off the holiday map over the past several decades) 🤔

Mayday mayday! There’s a different kind of May day too tho. “Mayday” comes from the French phrase “m’aider” which means “help me”.
May is also all about Mama’s Day (May 11th if you haven’t shopped yet!, AND May is also Mental Health Awareness Month.
Indeed, we could all use help now and again 🙏.

These three freebies with qualifying purchases are definitely all about helping me, you, and those around us (when we share 😉)!
100PV Loyalty Order
5ml Grounding essential oil blend
Grounding refers to direct skin contact with the surface of the earth. Science has found that grounding in this way has amazing benefits in “supporting proper inflammatory response, helps normalize the day-night cortisol rhythm, reduces pain and stress, and shifts the autonomic nervous system from sympathetic to parasympathetic activation” and more.

https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC4378297/ (Get outside and get yourself some of this FREE goodness!!). The oil blend Grounding is a powerful outdoorsy aroma that can help us reset when life feels a little chaotic. Let’s do our own science experiment and use this blend when you can’t get outside. The mind is a powerful thing, and who knows what benefits you might feel just from the aromatic nudge of diffusing the situation!

200PV Order
5ml Valor essential oil blend
Historically, this particular blend was a favorite among Roman soldiers before they went into battle. Times have changed, or have they?? We have our own battles every day. Try applying to your wrists before challenging moments, important social events, or new situations, and see what happens!

300PV Order
15ml Lavender essential oil
The true Swiss Army knife of oils! When in doubt of what to use…. reach for Lavender, and give it a try! This is an oil every home on the planet should keep on hand (in multiple places throughout!…. at work, in the car, in the barn, in the bathroom, by the bed!)

All this goodness for free this month! 🙌💖
Tell me an experience you’ve had with one of these oils! đŸŒŋđŸĒģ🌲
Happy May Day!
xoxo~ liz

Fresh Herbs Diffuser Blend

Liz James · April 30, 2025 ·

Even if you don’t have a garden (or perhaps a green thumb!), you can still reap the benefits of this herb blend in your diffuser. I can think of about half a dozen different ways this particular blend would benefit the body.

Here are a couple of the ways (and hopefully you’ll tell me what you immediately think of as a benefit too!)
1. Focus and alertness
2. insect deterrent
3.
4.
5.
6.

Young Living April Gifts 2025

Liz James · April 2, 2025 ·

April is here! Lordy….. time is flying in 2025! I don’t know about you guys, but March came in like a lion and it shows no signs of letting up for me. I’m super excited to see these freebies that focus on energy!

Orange: It’s truly a “happy oil” (and so is Lushious Lemon!)…. remember, those citrus fragrances are really important natural “prompters” for elevating mood. You can subtly improve your mood at home or in the office by infusing the air with positive zesty vibes. We have the tools! (now use ’em! 😉đŸ’Ē#sunshineinabottle )

Lushious Lemon: This isn’t just lemon 🍋🍋🍋 on steroids…. nope. It is a blend that makes everyone happy. (I know a couple of businesses that use it as their signature scent…. used to create both a positive memory and a pleasing environment). Remember too.. we are working with oils that have hidden super powers. While all those around you might just be appreciating the fresh clean aroma of diffused Lushious Lemon, you will know you are doing your part in your little corner of the world by helping to relax the mind and body while also creating an uncomfortable environment for certain strains of bad bacteria 😉. Teamwork in a bottle!

Super B! In a world of hectic-ness, our bodies can start to struggle a bit with keeping up, especially prone to fatigue are our adrenal glands and thyroid. While Super B works throughout the body filling the “B” needs, it’s especially helpful for those two little small but mighty gland pairs! (Pro Tip: Take in the morning or take in the early afternoon. For some people, taking late in the day may actually contribute to restless sleep).

Finally, Don’t forget! ……Spring Launch (I hear that 4 new products will be released) is this Saturday! Keep an eye out for details 😉. (I’m wondering what those 4 new products could be? 🤔💖đŸŒŋ)

Raindrop Roll-On

Liz James · March 21, 2025 ·

I’m curious….. have you ever had a full Raindrop before? 🙂 (and if you have, what was your experience?). It’s one of the best utilization of oils for so many reasons, and I’ve personally seen some pretty amazing results in real time. I usually receive one for a “tuneup”, and am never disappointed 😴😉.
If you’ve never had a Raindrop, start here with a Raindrop roll-on. It’s not as great as an actual Raindrop, but you might be surprised by the results. Roll on spine and on bottoms of feet (along the arch) . Be consistent.
You’ll never know if you don’t try.
xoxo. Happy Friday! ~ liz

March into Wellness: Essential Oils & Supplements for Allergy & Cold Season

Liz James · March 1, 2025 ·

March is here! You know what that means….. springtime allergies, wrapping up winter cold/flu season (as well as crazy windy daysđŸŒŦ, St. Paddy’s Day🍀, the first day of Spring đŸŒŧ, ….. and everyone’s favorite National Puppy Day! đŸļ)
YL’s freebie focus this month zeroes in on the overlap of all of this!
RC: If you are wondering how “RC” might be of use to you… just think of its name. Think of “Respiratory” and “Congestion” and that pretty much sums up RC‘s role in the medicine cabinet. It’s excellent in the diffuser or applied topically to chest or bottoms of feet in times of need.
Eucalyptus Radiata: If the luck o’ the Irish has failed you and you’ve caught the crud that’s been going around for months now, likely you may have experienced “the cough”. Eucalyptus is exceptional at helping thin mucus so it can more easily exit the body. It’s a great oil to add to a hot shower or bath tub, apply to inner wrists or bottoms of feet, or simply diffuse. This green labeled beauty’s freeness is worth celebrating!
Allerzyme: I feel like there are a large number of people who would benefit from this year round supplement if only they knew why it’s so important. The vast majority of people have environmental and dietary sensitivities (thanks to the “Standard American Diet”). Most of these sensitivities are related to digestive malfunction (yes, even the environmental ones), and Allerzyme supports normal digestive function. I’ve personally seen some pretty miraculous things happen when this supplement is used consistently. This would be a great month to just give it a try (because it will be free for you with a 300PV order)!
Do you use any of these regularly already? Or are you on the offense and use your LLPC capsules or “all purpose nasal spray” to keep your sinuses happy?
