Are Vaccines Safe for Your Baby?

Liz James · February 14, 2023 ·

The initial study was published in 2011, and mainstream media (largely controlled by big pharma) gave it little attention, other than the critics who said the study excluded data which altered the results.

So, as conscientious scientists, they performed the study a second time… this time including the data the critics had said altered the results.

The conclusion: affirmation that the 1st study in 2011 remains correct.

Result: There is a high correlation between infant mortality rate and the number of vaccines a baby receives.

In digging further, the researchers found (within VAERS data collected 1990-2019) that when sudden infant death occurred, 58% of the time, it was 3 days post vaccination, and 78% of the time, it occurred 7 days post vaccination.

Once a vaccine is on the CDC childhood schedule, the drug company no longer carries liability thanks to a 1986 law.

A mama’s intuition, when paired with research is priceless. I’ll post links in the comments.

Is Friendship Important?

Liz James · February 12, 2023 ·

It’s amazing to me the way life works. We have circles of friends throughout our lives. At work, church, hobbies, volunteering, drama/trauma related, etc. As God aligns your life, those circles simultaneously tighten and expand and you find your tribe. The circles overlap more and more, becoming tighter yet expanding in perimeter… happy to bring another into the family.. It’s so beautiful to witness and actually having the mental space to notice it as it happens. I’m thankful for you!🙏😘

Farmlife

Liz James · February 8, 2023 ·

The view from here wasn’t pretty this morning ⚡️🌨🌊. I wouldn’t trade farmlife for anything despite the curveballs North Texas weather throws at us. I will say, challenging days like this separates the farm folk from the city dwellers. I think back to our ancestors and admire them so much. I’m pretty tough and willing to do hard things on the regular, but the thought of our people in covered wagons or sod houses (both of which were part of my family’s history) in this kind of rain….I can’t imagine not having a dry warm place to retreat to with running water to rinse off all the mud.

Our ancestors (all of ours), were made of tougher cloth, or we wouldn’t be here . They endured life in ways we can’t easily imagine. I daresay, our current combined generations would have a hard time surviving if “common comforts” were taken away. It’s a good thing to get uncomfortable sometimes. 🙃 It reminds us of our basic luxuries and it is in our uncomfortableness that we are most often innovative and experience growth.

That’s how I started my own health journey when I was in my 30’s. I was uncomfortable enough with my health situation that I was willing to seek a better way. 20+ later I thank God for that uncomfortableness!🙏❤️

The Goodness of Bergamot

Liz James · February 7, 2023 ·

Bergamot. ‘Tis the season to be on the 👀 for seasonal moody blues, and bergamot is known for its “pick me up😍 happy” aroma. No surprise there, citrus oils have been studied extensively in their mood supporting properties.

Just for fun…🤓❤️… Google these phrases…
“Pubmed.gov clinical application of bergamot”
.
.
“Pubmed.gov efficacy of bergamot”
.
.
“Pubmed.gov attenuates behavior in rats” 🐀
.
.
There’s some seriously interesting data on the benefits of bergamot.😉 Do a little digging, and in the meantime, start diffusing it around grumpy anxious people and do a little of your own anecdotal data collecting in the process😜.
Life is good. It’s better with bergamot diffusing 🙌❤️!
(It’s also one of my fave electrolyte balancing water flavors!)

What’s in your diffuser today?
