Morning Meetings Hacks

If you see me later today and I look a little tired, it’s because I was up at 3:50am prepping for a 5am (had to get up early b/c of the timezone difference) interview for BBHB. 🥹💖🩸Three more meetings this morning (all BBHB related) and then I can get back to taking care of my coaching clients…. God is on the move protecting and preserving Medical Freedom as it pertains to blood.
 
In other news, my diffuser was pumping out Peppermint and Brain Power while I sipped on a Zyng. 😂 Thank goodness I’m a morning person!

🍂 Autumn Wellness Tips: Essential Oil Blends & Immune Support for Fall

For me, it was watching the leaves start to change, seeing wispy corn stalk leaves blow in from nearby farms, seeing pumpkins almost ripe on the vine, and of course (at the pharmacy) a full on uptick in people coming in with prescriptions for “the annual Fall crud”.

Raindrop Roll-On

I’m curious….. have you ever had a full Raindrop before? 🙂 (and if you have, what was your experience?). It’s one of the best utilization of oils for so many reasons, and I’ve personally seen some pretty amazing results in real time. I usually receive one for a “tuneup”, and am never disappointed 😴😉.
If you’ve never had a Raindrop, start here with a Raindrop roll-on. It’s not as great as an actual Raindrop, but you might be surprised by the results. Roll on spine and on bottoms of feet (along the arch) . Be consistent.
You’ll never know if you don’t try.
