5 years and 23 days ago I went into surgery thinking I was going to come out an amputee. Frankly, the fact that I was “only” going to lose my left foot was an emotional relief to me…. it could have been much much worse, and more important body parts could have been damaged if things had gone differently.
I know it may sound strange, but I was at peace with the future of a prosthetic (even before the actual complete removal of my foot had taken place). That may account for my literal disappointment when I woke up from surgery and saw my toes peeking out from a well bandaged lower leg…… I knew I was in for a rocky road ahead. Severed tendons, a broken bone, significant soft tissue and connective tissue damage (along with a statement from my surgeon that I’d probably walk with a limp for the rest of my life) did not give much hope for living pain free.
And yet… here I am ššš…. 5 years and 23 days later…. doing all the things I did before my run in with the bull. Frankly, I’m even more active than I was. Farm chores š©āš¾ 5K’s, regular gym Boot Camp workouts šŖ (thank you Fit Body Boot camp), hiking up a glacier, teaching yoga…. ALL these things without pain or impaired flexibility.Ā
Diet, exercise (motion is lotion!), focusing on increased flexibility, clean water intake, toxin free living……. all these are important in recovery and also pain and inflammation management.
The icing on the cake tho….. the special tools in the toolbox…. are these: Agilease or BLM + Sulfurzyme.
Because I had significant bone and ligament damage, I take BLM + Sulfurzyme daily…. every day….. 365 days a year.
I live my life pain free. Yup. Not a day with pain for this gal.Ā ššš
2 SULFURZYME TWICE A DAY.
1 BLM TWICE A DAY.
šGame changers for my life š…. Because life is too short to spend it sitting on the bench (or on the porch)! š
Haven’t tried these yet, and you’re sitting on the sidelines? What are you waiting for? Life is short friends …. make the most of it!Ā Ā

History
Hello Paul Harvey
āPaul Harvey…. do ya’ll remember him? He had the most amazing wisdom. I pretty much put him in the same category as John Maxwell…. a great communicator who was entertaining, informative, a source of positivity, and ultimately a teacher to all ages. #hisworksaretimeless
We used to listen to him every single morning as my Dad drove us to school. I re-heard this monologue of his today. Indeed, in the case of this one, I’ll go so far as to say his words were prophetic.
Take a listen. If you remember Mr. Harvey’s radio show, it will take you back as it did me. If you don’t know who he is, listen anyway. He’s like your best grandpa. Smart, witty, kind…. and able to tell you the truth without making you feel bad or inferior for not knowing it already.
And here’s……. the rest of the story…..
Covid Virus 101 – part 2
Post #2 Corona Virus 101…. The Facts… let’s unpack them, shall we?
šFact #1:
NOTHING is secure about the statistics being presented…. NOTHING.
Current stats as of Friday 3/6/2020…….
101,714 confirmed cases and 3,461 deaths from the coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak as of March 06, 2020, 18:05 GMTā¦.. remembering that this doesnāt even include mild cases that havenāt been tested or were tested with a false negative. If the rational person were to factor in the false negatives AND the mild cases that aren’t even tested at all…… the conservative estimate of deaths vs illness would be <0.1%, with most of those deaths having primary serious health issues already. (more on this in a later post).
š Fact #2: Corona Virusā¦.. A cousin of the common cold virus with a ground zero in Wuhan China….. although strong evidence suggests that contrary to popular news coverage, this particular virus likely originated in a high security lab at the University of North Carolina several years ago. As is common practice, scientists from another part of the world (Wuhan, China in this case) bought into the research, and took some of the findings back home with them. #thingsthatmakeyougohmmmmmm
Additionally, this particular virus has, within its DNA, the written chimera (ie: a grafting) of an RNA snip of one of the HIV retroviruses…. something that is impossible to achieve in nature. Again,….. #thingsthatmakeyougohmmmmmm
This does NOT mean someone can get HIV from this virus… (so don’t go there mentally), but it does indicate manmade tampering and a “gain in functionality” which means the virus transmits more easily than the traditional common cold virus.
FOLLOW THE MONEY: This is a multibillion dollar business (if not trillion)…. Approximately 20 companies are vying for the right to make a vaccine….. whomever “wins” will make billions of $$$
šFact #3: Donāt compare to 1918 spanish flu or any other historical plague like eventā¦. They were all Pre antibiotics, pre- better hospital care and most importantly…. before we had better hygiene practices.
šFact #4 251,000 deaths per year due to errors in medical care, 3rd only to heart disease and cancer…. WHY are we not talking more about THESE things? THIS topic should warrant pandemic alarm…. and all we hear are.
šFact #5 National Institutes of Healthās infectious disease chief, Dr. Anthony Fauci, said, āThe mortality rate (of Covid 19) looks like 2% to 3% but could be much lower if many mild cases or infections with no symptoms are going undetected.ā SARS proved fatal in about 10% of cases. The fluās mortality rate is only 0.1% btw this year.
š Fact #6 Pollution (external and therefore internal) and the role it plays in disease and immune support…China has among the worldās most dangerous air pollution… Ya’ll…. have you noticed that even when there isn’t a pandemic virus in China, many citizens still wear face masks? Take a look at this link for more info…
https://qz.com/ā¦/pollution-in-china-daqing-sees-its-air-quā¦/
šFact #7 Smokers…. China, and some of the newer harder hit countries are still heavy smokers. In China, an estimated 354 MILLION people still smoke regularly. #healthhabitsmatter
šFact #8 the Germ vs Host Theory
I can’t take credit for this well written piece…. but it hits a homerun in truth and it’s THE reason I implement toxin free living suggestions in my health coaching. Either you are or you are not living this way. There really isn’t much of a gray area here.
“The big difference between the two is this: If your garbage piles up in your home for weeks or years, you will invite pests, rats, cockroaches, mice, antsā¦all sorts of unfavorables to your home. The Germ Theory states we need to continually bring something in to kill the pests, while the host theory states, āHey, how about we take out the garbage?ā
Dr. Julian Baldor, a surgeon, in a speech before the Florida League of Human Progress, talked about Dr. Bechamp as one of the greatest scientists of all time. He said, āDr. Bechamp proved that our bodies become hosts to a germ only after chemical and mechanical changes have damaged our system and that as long as our bodies and tissues retain a high vitality and resistance, a germ, infection or disease will not make progress. Furthermore, the disease organism will not survive after its entrance into a healthy organism. For example, we see flies on a manure pile, and other parasites also. Some of these parasites may be dangerous and capable of producing disease under favorable circumstances. If, however, we remove the pile of manure, the parasites disappear at the same time. Which do you think is the more intelligent: To fight disease by swatting flies or removing the pile of manure?ā
Pasteur was better connected, more well-spoken, and wealthier than Bechamp. When it came down to it, these proved to his advantage when their two scientific papers went up against each other. Pasteur won out, paving the way for the Germ Theory to gain in popularity. Bechamp fell into disfavor and his books listed on the Index of Librorum Prohibitorum (the index of books prohibited by the Catholic Church).”
Please see the entire article below if you are interested in learning more.Ā
šFact #9 …5G – What in the world? What does faster stronger cell phone reception have to do with the virus? This topic is for another post another day…. but understand this…. regular exposure to 5G very much has MUCH to do with how easily people contract a virus or bacteria. Wuhan was one of the first countries to roll out 5G and they have over 10,000 cell phone towers in their city. The citizens of the city simply cannot get out from under that radio frequency…. that frequency affects us at a cellular level. This (in addition to the pollution/toxin load) is VERY important to keep in consideration. #unplugregularly
…..more to come friends. Stay tuned.š

Fellow Truth-Seeker
Lindsey Bernat Gremont is a friend and fellow researcher of mine. Her information is as solid as it comes. She kindly compiled information that the MSM is leaving out of their news.
We’ve got to start asking the hard questions as a country and as a unified world. What is the virus (and the masks) really about? šÆ

I have sat down to write this post about 10 times in the last 24 hours. I am having a hard time formulating the words for this. I know I canāt please everyone and things are so incredibly partisan right now but this message has to get out and so Iāll just get to the point and ask you something Iāve been asking myself for 3 months now:
Why is the cure for this thing being ridiculed? Why do people want it to be a failure? Why is the reporting via the media so biased and negative against it when the so many other counties are using it as a lifesaving preventative treatment? Why isnāt this news being shared here? Why doesnāt the FDA act now? Why would we take a news ājournalistsā word over the actual data that shows the opposite? Why is information about what makes this treatment work best not being studied by the NIH? Why are the studies being designed to fail from the beginning because they arenāt following the protocols doctors and ministries of health are using successfully worldwide?
If you havenāt seen the news about how this is being used in other countries here are some for you to start your research:
France: “If clinical data confirm the biological results, the novel coronavirus-associated disease will have become one of the simplest and cheapest to treat and prevent among infectious respiratory diseases,” a group of French researchers wrote in a paper published on February 15 in the International Journal of Antimicrobial Agents.
Remarkable comparison of France to Marseille where people are being treated with HCQ+AZ. 0.5% fatality rate compared to 21.6% nationwide – (this is in French but you can use google translate to read it and itās easy to get the conclusions)
India: India advised all front line health care workers to take Hydroxychloroquine prophylactically. This was in March.
India production and exports of the drug have spiked as many countries are using it successfully and are placing massive orders to use as a preventative drug for this:
India is using this on the frontline and as a PREVENTATIVE measure even giving it to exposed family members before they exhibit symptoms or test positive. Early use is the key… https://indianexpress.com/article/cities/pune/maharashtra-expands-use-of-hydroxychloroquine-as-preventive-measure-6376275/
Update on 5/20: https://www.livemint.com/news/india/covid-treatment-hcq-shows-some-promise-finds-telangana-government-report-11589957584026.html
Morocco: Early use of hydroxychloroquine Morocco is still facing a growing number of COVID cases, but barely any growth in the number of fatalities.
India has just accepted their order for a 6 million pills refill. Again article is in French: (I have a graphic Iāll post in the comments showing their deaths and recoveries vs cases)Ā
Russia: Russia is using hydroxychloroquine, it also reports significantly fewer deaths from Covid-19 compared to other countries similarly hit by the pandemic. https://www.themoscowtimes.com/2020/04/17/russia-approves-unproven-malaria-drug-to-treat-coronavirus-a70025
So, the New York Times claimed Russia was under reporting deaths. Russia is now demanding a retraction.
Senegal: The Covid-19 fatality rate remains at 1% in Senegal as the country continues to broadly use hydroxychloroquine “despite warnings from the World Health Organization.”
Turkey: Turkey, a country that has fully embraced hydroxychloroquine for covid-19, reported its lowest daily death toll since March. Its case fatality rate currently stands at less than half of the United States’.
Madagascar: The President of Madagascar has been criticized for promoting an anti-malaria medicine, the herb Artemisia annua, to treat covid-19. They are using it as a prophylaxes as well.
Madagascar has zero covid-19 deaths reported to date.
South Korea: Korea posted their treatment guidelines utilizing hydroxychloroquine as a treatment for covid-19
Update: study results from South Korea:
China: China’s Head of Biotech said that chloroquine was selected out of tens of thousands of drugs as the most effective treatment on Feb 17th.
Bahrain: Bahrain began using hydroxychloroquine two days after the first case of Covid-19 was discovered there in February. They did this based on “notable success in China and South Korea.” Now they have one of the lowest case fatality rates in the world.
Want to know how it works? Dr. Zelenko explains here https://www.thenewamerican.com/usnews/health-care/item/35754-hydroxychlorquine-dr-zelenko-we-are-at-a-pivotal-moment
This article also shows how he has worked with Presidents and health ministers in Honduras, Brazil and Israel on their protocols. āIf you look at the country of Israel, which I helped set their policy, they have had, itās a nation of 9 million people ā its essentially the same size of New York City in population ā and they had 280 deaths. Compare that to New York, which is also around 9 million people, and the deaths are up to 15,000.ā
In fact, as of May 18, Israel has seen 272 deaths from more than 16,000 cases, with more than 13,000 recovered, according to Worldometers.info. This despite the fact that experts predicted far, far worse. According to Haaretz, the model that was āone of the key documents that has influenced policymakersā in the country predicted up to between 8,600 and 21,000 deaths in Israel.
Brazil: Largest Brazilian healthcare operator sees success of hydroxychloroquine treatment in initial phase of COVID19.
Costa Rica:
Want the studies? Hereās 50 to look at: http://covexit.com/50-science-references-supporting-hydroxychloroquine/
Study Results live updates:
Edited to add: this study debunks the heart complications ānarrativeā
I want to note that strangely there are only 2.5 studies completed around Remdesevir and the outcomes are not nearly the same and you canāt even get this except if you go into a hospital as it is administered via IV. For more details on the studies and who is behind them and how they were designed and what their flaws are … it has been removed from YouTube.
So this is all the stuff I have uncovered. Itās not partisan itās just the de facto standard it seems…sooooo FDA why arenāt you being straight with us? Conflicts of interest? Itās not patentable, itās cheap and itās safe. š¤
UPDATE! The FDA has softened their stance on HCQ :
