Thank you Veterans! We love and appreciate you….. I am blessed to have so many of you in my circle of life (these pics are just a few!) . You all have given so much, and our country wouldn’t be the Home of the Free without you. May your service never be in vain.
History
Biblical Citizenship
Good morning friends! Terry Billups and I will be starting our 6th round of Biblical Citizenship Class
on Sunday, August 28th.
ย
When: Sundays from 6:30-8:00pm August 28th thru Oct 16th! Start and finish before the holiday season!
ย
Where: from the comfort of wherever you are located!
ย
Why do I do this? (Good question…. I’m certainly busy enough already!) Though I was first drawn to stepping in to make a difference in our health and wellness world, it quickly became very clear that just like all diseases….. the terrain is more the problem than the actual germ. As a country, we have to get our “terrain” back on track again, and that can’t be done by ignoring the root cause and “pathology” of why we are where we are now.
ย
Total class time investment is 16 hours…. an hour and a half weekly for 8 weeks. The return on your investment is priceless! (I promise! … you’ll never look at history, our country, or your civic responsibilities the same again. In other words, if you want to keep your head buried in the ever deepening sand, DON’T take this class
).
ย
Cost: Free
ย
Cost for not taking the class: continual loss of freedom (Together we rise).
“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge; because you have rejected knowledge, I reject you from being a priest to me. And since you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children. ” ~ Hosea 4:6
Let’s not be THOSE people.
ย
Here’s a link to register for the class! We look forward spending this priceless time with you. https://www.patriotacademy.com/coach/register/4718

History of Sacred Frankincense
History tells us our story. I love when Biblical truths line up with my day to day living. Sacred Frankincense is just a little more sacred to me after reading Dr. Cole Woolley’s post. Sacred Frank is part of my DIY face serum recipe. I have always felt a kindred spirit with Noah and his wife
. Our farm is named Ararat Acres (named after the mountain the ark came to rest upon after the flood, and where all the animals were released. ) It felt so right when we named our farm 27 years ago, and it still does.
ย
Sacred Frank…. do some research on this VIP oil and then don’t be afraid to use it! It doesn’t work in its beautiful ways if it sits in a bottle on the shelf!

What Sacred Frankincense Means to Me โ Grandsons of Noah
You may be a bit surprised about the story I tell today. The people who harvest Sacred Frankincense are pure descendants of the grandsons of Noah.
Ali Ahmed Al-Shahri documented in his book โThe Language of Aadโ regarding the tribal origins of the Sacred Frankincense oleogum-resin harvesters. Noahโs son Shem had a 2nd great grandson name Joktan (Noah-Shem-Arphaxad-Shelah-Eber-Joktan). Joktan had 12 sons who settled the perimeter of the Arabian Peninsula (present day Oman, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and United Arab Emirates) along the Red Sea, Gulf of Aden, Arabian Sea, Gulf of Oman and Persian Gulf.
Ali Ahmed has documented that three of Joktanโs sons settled in present day Oman in the Dhofar Mountains surrounding Salalah, Oman. These 3 tribes: Uzal, Ophir and Jerah and their childrenโs subtribes are stewards over the Dhofar Mountains and harvesting Sacred Frankincense. They donโt own the land, but their right to farm, harvest frankincense, and graze animals is dependent on tribal lineage.
It is thought that tribal boundaries are marked by tetralith markers โ acting as tribal agreements for land boundaries. I have photographed many of these ancient tetraliths that are found in the high deserts where only wind and sand slowly deteriorate them.
These three tribes of Joktan make up present-day Shahra and Mahra language tribes in Western Oman and adjoining Eastern Yemen. These are the harvesters of Sacred Frankincense for the past 5000 years.
Ali Ahmed Al Shahri wrote a book โThe Language of Aadโ. Aad was a 1st Great Grandson of Noah (Noah-Shem-Aram-Uz-Aad).
Constitution Facts
Imagine how different our lives might be if we didn’t have the US Constitution. Our personal health is very much dependent upon the health of our country.
Make today a great one!

Health Clues from Low Body Temperature – part 2
In the mid-1800โs, a German physician by the name of Carl Wunderlich measured the temperature
of about twenty five thousand people and found that the average body temperature was 98.6 degrees F (37 degrees C).
ย
Each one of us is a product of our internal, external, and emotional environment. Our personal histories (including generationally) have a way of defining us. Roughly twenty years after Dr. Wunderlich established 98.6F
as the human baseline body temperature, the Second Industrial Revolution began. Railroads, new technologies including electricity, telegraph, telephones, โBig Oilโ, and later, Big Pharma each had a tremendous impact on our ancestors. As decades passed, the environmental toxin load continued to increase. The Third Industrial Revolution began in the 1960โs and brought us electronics, processed foods, telecommunications, digital technology, biotechnology, nuclear energy, automobiles, more stress and more Big Pharma. The current effects of all of these revolutionary products may have made life (arguably) easier but made us sicker in the process. We are currently the sickest generation in modern history. In 2017, a study of thirty five thousand people found that the average body temperature
is now 97.9 F.
ย
Perhaps we shouldnโt be as worried about global warming as we should be worried about human cooling.

ย
Chronic low core body temperature
can create a false sense of wellness, also making it hard to mount a defense in the form of a fever if needed. A fever is an active corrective process in the body. To quote Dr. Jernigan, โ Blood that is overcooled from a cool core temperature is too thick to efficiently carry oxygen and the vital lung capacity is reduced leading to shallow breathing. This means that the oxygen to carbon dioxide exchange rate in the lungs is minimal. Now, combine the [slow] degenerative effects of the oxygen deprivation and the cold temperature and the fact that all of this and the overgrowth of microbes [review last weekโs post] promote an acidic environment and you have greatly accelerated cellular degeneration and the [eventual] onset of disease.โ
ย
Tracking Body Temperature
ย
Tracking body temperature is super easy with a basic thermometer.
Measure temperature upon morning wake up before getting out of bed (ideally between 6-8am). This will be your core body temperature that is not influenced by food, drink, or activity. Take your temperature again at night sometime between 8-10pm after youโve been sitting or resting for about 30 minutes.
ย
Track the difference between the morning and evening temperatures. There should be a difference of at least 0.9degrees F.
ย
Ultimately, you are looking at two things (clues):
ย
Temperature Too Cool?
If your body temperature trends towards โcoolnessโ, try incorporating some of these suggestions into your daily life:
ย
ย
ย
What might mind, body, and spirit care look like? To each person it will look a little different because of our individual uniqueness.
ย
ย
Consider this. Raising core body temperature by 2 degrees positively influences immune system activity by up to 40%. This is why having a low grade fever when you are fighting off something isnโt a bad thing and it isnโt a good idea to suppress a low fever.
Iโll leave you with this. Make 98.6 F great again, and improve your overall health!

If you have lived with a low body temperature for years, be aware that your body will need retraining, and that doesnโt happen overnight. This kind of clue scene takes awhile to clean up. It may take a year or longer of daily care before the body is able to begin correcting the impact of chronic low temperature. Patience and baby steps, but I promise it will be worth it!
