Spiritual Warfare Intensive 2024

Liz James · September 19, 2024 ·

Friday is the last day to register. I’ve had an amazing journey prepping for this session for Spiritual Warfare Intensive 2024 and can’t wait to share the beautiful and intricate map the Lord has laid out for us connecting mind, body, and spirit health.
https://www.facebook.com/share/QwcTxNUEbaRM1Lm1/
(PS: SWI 2024 is an person conference just north of the Texas/Oklahoma border. )

Andrea Williams:

I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT THIS SESSION with Liz James at our upcoming Spiritual Warfare Intensive September 27-29. We have been back and forth in conversations today about the content…so very good!!
Liz is a licensed pharmacist who practiced in retail and specialty pharmacy (rare disease, oncology, and infertility) for 30 years before leaving “traditional” practice in September 2020 (with her husband’s blessing) because she could no longer practice traditional pharmacy with a clean conscience.
About ten years into her pharmacy career, (prompted by her own health journey), she realized that the pharmaceutical industry (and medical/ insurance industry ) did not necessarily have the patient’s best interest at heart, and consequently spent the last 20 years of her practice (when not behind the counter) in deep study learning alternative methods of healing not involving medication whenever possible. Health consists of mind, body, and spirit health, with spiritual health being the most important and most overlooked aspect. She believes that while there will always be a time and place for western medicine (predominantly emergent care), most healing can occur well outside the confines of what is approved by the AMA, CDC, WHO etc.
Liz is an organic farm girl, and has been involved in the clean food and medical freedom fight for 20 years.
She currently self-employed, teaching people how to live a sustainably healthy life as a NSHC (certification for licensed health professionals only) health coach and mentor (using lab work analysis, medication remediation, natural options and supplements for health and pain management, nutrition, intermittent fasting, and exercise as a Christian faith based yoga instructor). She also has a deliverance ministry with I Will Stand International.
Her course will take a look at what the Bible tell us about health and wellness, how vibration affects health and wellness, how medication affects frequency and vibration, and the affects of drugs on the brain. Liz will show how when parts of the brain are damaged it can be harder to hear the Lord. She will discuss how to restore health, practice spiritual re-connectivity, and how to start looking at food as medicine. Liz will beautifully tie in her wealth of knowledge from her education and career as a pharmacist and make the spiritual connection.

Oils of Ancient Scripture-Cypress

Liz James · March 28, 2024 ·

Oils of Ancient Scripture: Cypress
Genesis 6:14 “So make yourself an ark of cypress wood; make rooms in it and coat it with pitch inside and out.”
Isaiah 44:14 “He cut down cedars, or perhaps took a cypress or oak. He let it grow among the trees of the forest or planted a pine, and the rain made it grow.”
Cypress is one of those oils that might be easily overlooked. To me, it has an aroma similar (but milder) to our friend Frank. I appreciate it for a few reasons. Like all tree oils, it is very grounding (relaxing). Studies have proven that this oil is relaxing and calming!
It is also a really important oil to consider when you want to support healthy circulation. (Nobody benefits from stagnant, slow-moving blood 😉… in fact, stagnant blood can get downright dangerous). You can pretty safely assume cypress is a key oil in supporting overall health knowing that it’s one of the 9 oils used in the Raindrop Technique.
Cypress has been around for eons…. probably since the beginning of time😁! Historically, the wood was used to build ships and houses of great strength and durability.
FUN FACTS:
The doors of St. Peter’s Cathedral are 1200 years old and are made out of cypress. They show no sign of aging 😮.
The island of Cyprus was named for this tree (cypress).
Historically, cypress essential oil was used by the ancients to support healthy wound healing, and arthritis, support healthy lung function, scar tissue reduction, alleviate cramps, and relieve muscle soreness. Cypress was also used to help flush toxins out of the body.
This is an interesting study about aromatherapy massage’s immunological and psychological benefits. Fancy that…. cypress is one of the oils discussed 😉. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1142199/
When was the last time you had a Raindrop Technique done? If you’ve never had one…. would you like one😍? Would you like to learn how to give one?….. Why receiving (and giving!) one is so very important for overall health. I’d love to teach you, or help hook you up with someone who can in your neck of the woods! ….. drop a comment and let me know! If you’ve got an amazing Raindrop story to share, I’d love to hear it 💖.
PS: if you’d like to learn more about Oils of Ancient Scripture (there are many mentioned in the Bible), let’s chat. God truly did give us all we need in the garden.
xoxo~ liz

Big Mission Accomplished

Liz James · March 18, 2024 ·

In May of 2021, God asked me to do something big. Really big. Bigger than anything I could ever accomplish with a team of 8, much less alone. And yet we did, against all “normal” odds … launching a not-for-profit cooperative blood matching mission nationwide in June 2023. www.blessedbyhisblood.com is the result.
BBHB is up and running, and matches are being made. God knew we were going to need it. 😢

Great Love and Frequency

Liz James · February 14, 2024 ·

Good morning friends!
Happy Valentine’s Day…. make it what you will and what you want it to be, but above all else, embrace the act of love (there are at least 7 different kinds!)
We are all different and we all have different attitudes and views of February 14th based upon our individual life history. Somehow, the act of love got commercialized a looooong time ago and was pinned to the 14th of February ….. I mean, shouldn’t we be celebrating our ability and desire to love one another every day in some form or another?
“…. but the greatest of these is love” ( I Cor 13:13 )
Find your people and let them know somehow/ some way that they matter. That they are loved. That they are important to you. You just never know whose life you will alter by doing so. Every day.
Love is one of the highest-frequency emotions we can have, and WHO doesn’t want high-frequency embodiment? ( Vibrational frequency isn’t woo woo… it’s science. Modern medicine uses vibrational frequencies as diagnostic tools such as EEG’s and EKG’s.) A high vibrational frequency is key to being healthy, and it just feels darn good 🤩.
Find your best way to love one another. Pair that care with high-frequency oils such as Idaho Blue Spruce, Rose, Helichrysum, Sandalwood, Frankincense, and Lavender. There are more…. lots more! Every essential oil (which has been treated properly during harvesting and distillation) has the power to lift our body’s frequency, especially when paired with positive emotions. See how easy that is?
There’s enough love (and different types of love) for everyone…. every single day of the year:
💖Eros (passionate love)
💖Philia (friendship love)
💖Storge (familial love)
💖Agape (a love like God loves…. part of one’s character and a love that is undeserved, gracious, and sacrificial)
💖Ludus (playful uncommitted, undemanding, and uncomplicated type of love)
💖Pragma (practical love)
💖Philautia (self-love…. having self-worth)
Every one of us is worthy of giving and receiving love.
I love you! ~ liz

What is the Risk for Cardiovascular Events and Drug Usage

Liz James · February 12, 2024 ·

Question (and I’m truly curious): If a drug prevents 1 cardiovascular event for every 63 high-risk cardiovascular patients every 3 years, but it costs $400 a month, and while on it:
⁉️1 out of 10 patients will likely develop gout
⁉️1 out of 30 may have tendon rupture or injury
⁉️1 out of 100 will likely develop gallstones
(for someone with crazy good math skills, I’d love to know the overall benefits versus risk ratio on this pharmaceutical story problem! 🤪🤓…. might even want to send you a thank you gift because my curiosity is THAT piqued! )
…….. would you take it? 🤔

If this condition could instead be managed with intentional lifestyle changes (and you were made aware of that) which included decreasing BMI and lowering chronic inflammation in the body, would doing so be worth it?
