Blood Needed

Liz James · July 14, 2024 ·

Ya’ll were an amazing help two weeks ago for our Florida people in need! Now we’ve got a need in New Orleans we’d love to be able to help fill if possible. The reality is that none of us ever expect to (or want to) need blood donors, and when you do, you’ll ideally want to know your donor has been like-minded in their choices #perfectworld.
I don’t know many people in the New Orleans area, but I’m hoping I’ve got friends out there who do (please share).
Thank you for helping us help another in need🩸.
xoxo~ liz

Readers Are Leaders

Liz James · July 9, 2024 ·

At any given moment since I was old enough to read, I’ve got at least one book I’m working on. For years tho, it’s usually 3 books at a time:
πŸ“š one to educate myself (science or medical)
πŸ“š one to elevate my growth spiritually and in leadership
πŸ“š one to put myself to bed at night and help my brain shut down…. usually historical fiction.
This is what I’m working thru right now….
Brain Energy is a fascinating look at mental health and how this author (a psychiatrist) has determined that mental health disorders are largely caused by metabolic disorders and can usually be managed when the metabolic disorder is addressed and corrected. (I believe he has a strong case here, especially when stacked upon unresolved emotional trauma and either a lack of connection to God or experiencing spiritual oppression.)
The Book Woman’s Daughter is an excellent historical fiction read about a family in Kentucky who are persecuted because of a genetic defect. It is the sequel to the Book Woman of Troublesome Creek, so read that first! Parts of it are heartbreaking😭.
Rare Leadership is a book I dove into about a week ago and I’m loving it! I’ve never read a leadership book that ties strong theology with brain science. I have a few other friends I spoke about this book to, and they are reading it too…. we’ve decided to have an impromptu book study that we’re starting in a few weeks to talk about it. (If it’s something that might interest you, order a copy and let me know and I’ll let you know meeting times/ dates…. will be by ZOOM).
Have a great week! xoxo~ liz

Medicating Normal Documentary

Liz James · June 17, 2024 ·

This is such an important documentary. I feel deeply for everyone who has gone through this, and for those who are aching as they work to get off of medication they should have never been on long-term (or at all in many cases) to begin with.
This is a topic I’m extremely passionate about, having watched people I know and love go through this, and also watched pharmacy clients decline as a result of polypharmacy, especially when it involves multiple psychiatric medications.
Mind, body, and spiritual health are intertwined.
Informed consent means being given all the pros and cons and then making a measured decision.
There is a time and a place for pharmaceuticals of course, but God didn’t design us to “require” medication to function long-term.

2024 Texas GOP Convention

Liz James · June 11, 2024 ·

I wish I could be everywhere I wanted to be and accomplish 48 hours’ worth of tasks in 24, but the reality is just not thatπŸ₯΄.
When I’m quiet here on social media, it’s definitely not because I’m relaxing 😜! …. it means I’m up to my eyebrows working on something.
For the last few months, I spent many hours working to get verbiage officially recognized by the state of Texas GOP which supports the right to choose whose blood you receive in the event that a transfusion is needed and there is time for a directed donation. Just as in the 1980s (the HIV blood bank tainting emergency that got suppressed for many months before the truth came out), the current blood supply is at risk. The right to have directed donations has been “a thing” for decades, tho there are establishments within the medical community that would like you to believe otherwise. It is a God-given right to decide what goes inside your body. Make sure you exercise that right, or you risk becoming part of an experiment.
Efforts paid off… check out #111 Healthcare Independence, items “a” and “m”!πŸ’ͺβ€οΈπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸ™
When we head back into the Texas legislative session in 2025, this will be an important piece of our testimony to petition for legislation which will ensure that Texans (all Texans!) will retain their right to choose whose blood they receive.
www.blessedbyhisblood.com is a critical piece of our Medical Freedom healthcare puzzle, and we’re here for it. πŸ™πŸ©ΈπŸš«πŸ’‰

Freedom Warrior Weapons

Liz James · May 22, 2024 ·

I’m out of town working on protecting some very important medical freedoms this week. Later today, there will be about 8-9K people here… you’d better believe I’m relying on my health hacks to keep me healthy! Travel and stress can be hard on the immune system. πŸ™
