One of the wisest things you can do for your own health and wellness journey is to create a library of reference books and resources. Googling doesn’t always end well, and googling itself has been whittled down to a handful of culled resources by “the powers that be” (everyone should be using search engines like Brave for more comprehensive search options). Pubmed.gov searches are good too, tho not always the easiest to decipher if you aren’t used to reading research papers, AND you have to be very careful when reading as to who funded each study #fundingusuallyplaysabigpartintheoutcomeofthestudy.
