Young Living December Freebies!

Liz James · December 1, 2021 ·

T’was 31 days of๐ŸŒฒ December, and all through the land, people were scrambling to combat and support bodies against the cooties at hand.
Orders were placed with Young Living with care, knowing boxes of goodness would soon be there.
The kiddos were nestled all snug in their beds, with R.C. on their chest and Thieves on their wee little peds.
Papa in his boxers and me in my tee, we had just settled down for a good night of Zzzzz’s.
When suddenly he rolled over and said, “Shoot I forgot, can you help me out of this spot? I need to bring a gift for exchange to the office tomorrow, do you have anything you could get ready quickly?” Thankful again for Young Living’s freebies, I hopped out of bed and began assembling with ease, a gift๐ŸŽ that would be useful, lovely (and mostly free!).
I sprang from the bed with a idea in mind, and began assembling a wellness gift basket of the most amazing kind. The Winter Nights Foaming Hand soap will surely be a hit, along with a DIY Sugar Scrub made with Christmas Spirit. Oh, don’t forget, bath salts made with๐ŸŒฒ Pine. THEY may not know the benefits, but we do (#IYKYK ), and that’s all just fine. A gift with benefits, even if hidden, is better than sugary treats, or trinkets soon forgotten!
The gift basket was finished in less than an hour, and soon I was back in bed, having felt so empowered. I was able to save money, do good for a friend, share health tips by giving from the heart… Young Living is a godsend!
I turned on the diffuser, and blasted the Frank….. and then my hubby rolled over and said a big “Thanks”!
As I lay in bed, drifting off in a slumber, I remembered how many people still wonder…. “How are we to stay healthy and well in these days?”…well, friends, It’s up to us to share with them our ways. Our light and hope is not to be kept under a basket, but to be shared to all even to those who don’t ask for it.
Merry Christmas month friends! Let your light, wellness tips, and hope shine upon others!
xoxo~ Liz

(PS: This Christmas poem is brought to you by all the freebies this month Young Living has offered us with a qualifying purchase!)

November Gratitude Young Living Freebies

Liz James · November 1, 2021 ·

November is traditionally a month we focus on gratitude and thanksgiving. In recent years, it also became the month men grew out their mustaches and beards ๐Ÿง”. (It’s a perfect month for a beard oil DIY for your favorite bearded guy!)
What would happen differently in your life if this month also became “No”vember and an internal “spring cleaning” of sorts began happening to make way for a strong and clear entrance into 2022?
Gather. We are designed to be in community. Biblically, we are called to be together. God never intended man to do life solo. We are to bear one another’s burdens, encourage each other, eat and fellowship together, help one another, celebrate and mourn together. Enjoy every moment with those you love!
Pro Tip: Gathering essential oil is a blend of 9 essential oils with an overall high frequency…. including Northern Lights Black Spruce, Royal Hawaiian Sandalwood and Rose. It’s also got Lavender and vetiver to help quell the cray cray. Geranium and cinnamon #iykyk ๐Ÿ˜‰. Remember from all you’ve learned…. high frequency people are those people you tend to want to be around. They bring the joy and sunshine when they walk into a room. Make a statement. Become a walking diffuser with this beautiful blend. Use it as a perfume or make that beard oil!
Remember the things we have to be grateful for. 2020-2021 has been a season ๐Ÿ˜ฌ, and yet it’s also brought many people together who might never have met. It’s allowed for downtime, reflection, personal development, and a growing awareness/calling of the important work we are all individually called to do. God is still and always has been in control. I am grateful that we don’t have to have all the answers, because God is in control… not man.
Pro Tip: Carrying gratitude in your heart and mind knocks the stress level down a few notches. Decreased stress = a healthier body. That’s a fact. The essential oil blend Gratitude is another perfume worthy high frequency blend with oils containing properties physically beneficial for overall health. Canadian Balsam, Frankincense, Ylang Ylang, Bergamot, Northern Light Black Spruce, Vetiver, and Geranium. (Do some digging or phone a friend…. if this line up didn’t make you go…. ๐Ÿค”….๐Ÿ˜….๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ.) #fragrancewithbenefits
Myrrh is mentioned in the Bible 156 times. It’s the first oil mentioned in the Bible (Genesis 37:25) and the last to be mentioned in the Bible (Revelation 18:13). It was offered to Christ first as a gift when he was a baby, and the last to be offered to him as he stood at the cross (Mark 15:23).
Pro Tip: If that ๐Ÿ‘†alone doesn’t instill a desire to have myrrh in your home, know this: Myrrh was historically used as a valuable and potent health tool. Now, go do some digging. ๐Ÿค“… I’ll be over here making a new batch of my DIY face serum which has Myrrh as a key ingredient these days.
Hope and belief. Hope is the constancy of faith. And what is faith, but believing. Words and thoughts form our attitudes and outcomes. If you believe you can, you will.
Pro Tip: It takes about 6 weeks to change a habit. Maybe you have been in a vortex of doubt and disbelief and can’t seem to shake it. In fact…… maybe you are sitting here right now thinking I’m full of hooey.๐Ÿง How could oils change a habit? ๐Ÿค”Well… you’re right. They can’t, especially if you leave them in the bottle, or never even have them in your home. Habit changing starts small. A spark. One thing. A string tied around the finger so you don’t forget. An oil applied daily as you start your day off on the right foot. Look around at the people who have spent 2020-2021 walking in joy and sharing happiness and contentment with them wherever they go despite the circumstances that the entire world is in. Chances are, they are healthy and continuing to grow and thrive. Hope and faith (belief) are life changers. The oils that are free (with qualifying purchase) this month are a physical reminder to “upgrade” our thinking as we approach 2022. You can doubt, or you can believe. I’ll be over here anointing myself on the regular (multiple times daily in fact) with all the goodness YL is offering while I plan my vision and goals for 2022. Join me?

October Free Gifts

Liz James · October 1, 2021 ·

I cannot believe we are already in October! (Gah!! Has anyone started their Christmas shopping yet? ๐Ÿ˜€)
I learned yesterday that the word Autumn means “increase”. Young Living is certainly handing us all the ways to INCREASE our health and wellness options with the gifts with purchase this month.
I’m not a fan calling this season “Fall” because to me, it has negative connotations. I mean…. who wants to fall below the wellness line? (“I do”…. said no one ever๐Ÿ˜ฌ).
Let’s take a look at what we’ve got available to us for free this month:
Cinnamon bark and clove. Both are amazing oils for cooking and baking. They are also 2 of the 5 oils in Thieves….. and we all know what Thieves does for us, right? Both of these oils are considered “hot” oils, so you’ll want to dilute with a carrier oil if using topically. You can create some delicious autumn diffuser recipes with these too.
Autumn is a time to love on your adrenal glands. The body naturally wants to rest and recover as the days grow shorter. It’s a great time to shower your adrenals with affection, and any time you diffuse or use nutmeg in all the ways you are certainly doing that! Have you smelled nutmeg? It makes me so happy! Try a couple drops with some orange or Citrus Fresh in your diffuser……. soooo good!
Patchouli. Do you like it? This is a fantastic oil for the skin, but did you know it is also great for digestive disturbances? (Should we be surprised?….. it’s one of the amazing oils found in Digize). Remember, the skin is a mirror to the gut. No wonder it is known for both skin AND gut health!
Immupro is a chewable tablet that is on my order every single month! Ya’ll….. this is a powerhouse wellness tool that I feel is probably under utilized by the general YL population. Bonus points for its double duty. Chew one tablet before bedtime, for a better night’s sleep too. Mushrooms and melatonin for the immune supportive win! (Do a little quick research on the benefits of the reishi, maitake, and mushroom mycelium if you are the curious๐Ÿ‘€ sort!)
The Turmeric Herbal Tea and Tea mug are the icing on the cake. I plow thru my herbal teas from October to March. The turmeric herbal tea is one of my favorites! A tiny bit spicy….. it warms me right up and does great things for my body too. Tea with benefits is always a bonus! (It’s a close 2nd favorite for me…. have you tried the Slique Tea?…. oh my word! I LOVE LOVE LOVE me a mug of Slique tea!)
Remember to keep your Subscribe to Save (formerly known as Essential Rewards) activated. Please reach out to one of us if you have any issues or confusion with the new ordering platform. You’ll notice that at the 400PV level, we are receiving back product valued at $220.80 this month. That is without factoring in points too….. 10% back for the first 3 months, then 20% back until the 25th month, and after that, we are blessed with 25% back. To put that in perspective, it adds an additional $40, $80, or $100 back into your pocket (in the way of product credit). Savings like that cannot be beat!
Enjoy your day and Happy October Friends!

June Gifts from Young Living

Liz James · June 1, 2021 ·

Good morning and Happy June! Can you believe we are already almost half way thru 2021? ๐Ÿ˜
I’m excited to see these June freebies personally, and here’s why…
300 PV tier
Retail value: $185.53
Peace & Calming essential oil blend, 15 ml
โ€ข We just added two new large rescue pups (teenagers really) to our farm crew, which changes the pack dynamics on our farm. ALWAYS, the goal is to have zero skirmishes within our dog pack of 6, so we use ALL the tools and skillsets to make sure this doesn’t happen. Diffusing Peace & Calming friends…. and applying to to their collars and ears. I’ve been told this works nicely on kiddos too ๐Ÿ˜, and I know it works well on we adults too!
The blue tansy in Peace and Calming just makes everything better! Hint: blue oils are great for skin and emotions!
250 PV tier
Retail value: $91.78
Aroma Siez essential oil blend, 15 ml
โ€ข When it’s not raining (we’ve had a FLOOD here…. like almost nonstop for a month), I’m out in the garden pulling weeds like a crazy woman. ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐ŸŒพ If you’ve ever pulled weeds by hand for 4 hours straight, you’ll know how important Aroma Siez is to your muscles!
190 PV tier
Retail value: $47.37
Citronella essential oil, 15 ml
We’ve been using those nontoxic mosquito dunks like crazy in an effort to keep the mosquito population down out here, but frankly, there aren’t enough mosquito dunks in the world to address the amount of standing water we’ve had, so the mosquitos are literally taking over the universe (in our area anyway). Solution? Become a walking diffuser!
Make a DIY outdoor spray blend of Citronella with oils like Rosemary, Tea Tree, Myrtle, Clove, or Lemongrass and spritz it on clothing as needed.
(pro tip: I also put a couple of drops of lemongrass vitality in a capsule and take it twice a day especially during summer months)
You could also add a drop or two of Citronella to your YL Sunscreen and solve two problems at once with application!
Bonus Essential Rewards: Eucalyptus Globulus essential oil, 15 ml
Lung health! …… do your research friends.ย  Good stuff!
โ€ข I totally equate Eucalyptus (and rosemary and lavender) with a spa day (a rare rare luxury)…… make yourself a mixture of these three and add to your dryer balls or make a spritz bottle for your pillow. You’ll breathe easier and life will feel that much better wrapped in healthy goodness!
And as always…… free shipping with any order greater than 100 PV.
Have a beautiful day!!
xoxo~ liz
