Frequency is Singing Plants

Liz James · March 8, 2021 ·

Frequency (the measured electrical vibration of something) is often a hard concept to grasp. I have studied it pretty extensively over the last few years because understanding how frequency affects us as people, is key to vibrant health. Literally, it can make or break you.
Recently, I stumbled across a new genre of music termed 🌿”florganoleptic music”. 🌿
It’s fascinating! Literally, science meets plant meets musician…….
You can read more about it here: https://www.cosmicknotmusic.com/
……..or listen to a better explanation along with a little music composed by humans and plants😍:
All I know is that I just learned something new and amazing today about plants!
Frequency…. it’s real. Singing plants, yep. They’re real too😊 . This little evergreen is belting out the blues! (ha ha! must be a Northern Lights “Blues” spruce 😎)
Happy Monday friends!
Which plant juice (essential oil) makes you feel like singing?  🌿🎶🎶🎶🌿🎶🎶🎶🌿

Improve Cognitive Performance – Aromatherapy

Liz James · November 11, 2020 ·

Wow! Such an interesting 4 minute video and worth the listen. Dr. Michael Greger MD is a favorite of mine, and this is his video.

Topic?……. Improving cognitive performance using aromatherapy,  💖 especially in cases of neurodegenerative dis-ease.

I stepped back from corporate pharmacy and into the roots (& flowers 🌹, leaves🌿, and trees🌳 😉 ) of pharmacognosy because of information (like this) which remains largely unrecognized by mainstream medicine….. literal golden nuggets of self care…. which allow us improved quality of life, increased autonomy, and educated self care.

How many of you have seen a cognitively impaired patient who was so medicated that they were almost “zombi-fied”?

Roughly 50% of people with dementia experience behavioral or psychological symptoms that doctors often ‘chemically restrain’ by way of drugs that are often well known for their increased morbidity and mortality risks in the elderly…. not to mention dulling them cognitively even more. #riskvsbenefitfail

👆 Why?….. because it’s easier to prescribe a drug than it is to offer non-pharmacological alternatives. To be fair, few western medicine health care workers are trained in aromatherapy, nor have they taken the time to learn on their own.  #notfundedbyBigPharma

Final tidbit….. I don’t want to spill all the beans here…. Dr. Greger speaks of Lemon Balm. Friends, that is also known as “Melissa”…… grown on our Young Living Farm in St. Marie’s, Idaho.
Go. Learn. Apply your knowledge! Help a friend or loved one out and share what you know and may already have in your possession.

No Fear

Liz James · October 15, 2020 ·

I may have to dive more into this later…..
Fear not my friends! It is only detrimental to your overall health! That’s a fact.

Thieves for the Season

Liz James · September 23, 2020 ·

I feel with near certainty that this coming cold and flu season will be a tumultuous one as a side effect from the mask wearing (NOT because of the ‘rona of 2020).
If you haven’t already, it’s time to assess what you have on hand and stock up on what you need so that you don’t have to run out in an emergency and buy something  that further clogs up your body’s perfectly designed systems.

Are you a DIY’er? If so, this post is for you!  If you aren’t a DIY’er, you are still in luck…. as YL has a Thieves chest rub! (item # 23801)

Don’t wait til it’s too late. Young Living has stellar immune support products, and some of them often go out of stock when the going gets tough for the masses in the fall and winter. My advice?….. get what you need, (just as you would have bandaids on hand) and then buy a little extra.

Why are masks going to make the situation worse?
> they increase stress which suppresses the immune system.
> they decrease your oxygen intake and increase your recycled CO2 intake (also suppressing your immune system).
> there is an enormous amount of bacteria hanging out on the interior of that mask that is being worn daily.

Take a breather whenever you can. Change your masks out several times daily if you must wear a mask. Remember that if masks won’t keep smoke particles out (as the CDC has stated publically), they certainly won’t keep something smaller than smoke out either…… no amount of believing or wishing will alter that fact.

Power to Heal – part 4

Liz James · September 22, 2020 ·

PART IV : A Renewable Resource:  You!
100 Trillion. OK, give or take a few… but that’s how many living cells we have in our body.  Our body is designed to constantly replace bad and dying cells for good ones. Some cells are replaced quickly (blood), while others take much longer (bones).
The QUALITY of what is replaced is largely dependent upon the building materials 😉 (what do you eat and drink?), and toxins you are exposed to (Remember, those toxins could be both physical or emotional).
Do you remember the parable in the Bible about the man who built his house on the sand (an unstable foundation), and a storm 🌊came (stress) and the floods came (more stress) and the house fell away? A second man built his house on the rock (a solid foundation) and the storm and the flood came, but the house on the rock stood standing. (Matt 7:24-27)
Our bodies are very much like one of these houses. We choose which one thru our daily habits and lifestyle. Our body’s foundation is what we choose to feed it, and how we choose to take care of it. If we feed it garbage (processed foods, junk drinks, poor “mind chatter” etc) and if we don’t work to maintain our moving parts (motion is lotion!) and keep our toxin load low,  our foundation will be poor indeed and will be prone to sag and ultimately fall in times of stress, wear and tear. 😢
Thankfully, God graced us with powerful healing mechanisms  provided we participate responsibly in the “care and feeding” of us! Every 15 minutes, roughly 1.5 billion new cells are created within a human body…. Every 7 years, there’s a whole new you cell by cell.  Are your cells constantly upgrading or downgrading? Well…… that depends! How are you caring for you?
We have the power to heal ourselves, but only if we ACTIVELY participate in the process!
xoxo~ liz
