At the Wolf’s Table

Liz James · May 15, 2020 ·

📚 For as long as I can remember, I’ve read before bedtime. It quiets my mind. I read and research nonstop these days, but there’s a difference between reading for business and reading for pleasure (I love both!). Business reading puts my brain in high gear while pleasure reading slows it down 😴.

📖I thought I’d start sharing some of what I’ve been reading. I am a history buff so historical fiction is the genre I tend to gravitate towards. Historical fiction brings important moments to life for me in a way that I can easily remember them later. A good historical fiction writer will have done thorough research on their topic or time period and will have accurate facts and prominent figures…. Filling in the blanks of the story with characters. (I am a very picky reader and often fact check my historical fiction authors! 😉 )

📖 At The Wolf’s Table (by Rosella Postorino) was originally written in Italian and has since been translated into English. Its protagonist is a young German bride (Rosa) whose husband goes off to fight during WWII for the Germans. She returns to live with her parents in Berlin until they are killed in air raid bombings, at which time she moves out to the country to live with her in-laws (whom she had not previously met).

📖 She’s not there long before she is conscripted by the German govt to go to work as one of Hitler’s food tasters. She, along with several other German women go to Hitler’s headquarters twice a day to eat his meals before he does to ensure that what he eats has not been tainted or poisoned. Over time, friendships and alliances form between some of the women and the German guards that they spend hours each day with.

📖 At the Wolf’s Table is such an interesting story as it is one told from the perspective of a German woman who has not entirely bought in to Hitler’s teachings largely because of what her father taught her when she was younger. She seems to be neither for nor against Hitler’s agenda as she is more mentally attuned towards grieving the loss of her parents and the absence of her new husband. Her life has been turned upside down by her own country’s actions, and for a great part of the book, it seems as tho she is drifting thru all she is experiencing. No doubt……. she has been subjected to great loss and upheaval…. and she risks her life daily performing a job she did not want. PTSD and emotional overload? Umm yes.

📖 An incident finally shakes her awake when a friend turns out to be a Jew in hiding. Instead of turning her in, she awakens and starts fighting the system as best she can while still struggling to survive intact herself. It is so tragic to watch (or read in this case) how asleep the German people were. They were not bad people, but many years of subversive leadership and indoctrinating propaganda had led them to believe what they were doing was right. I wonder how long it took German citizens to wake up once they realized the truth of what had been happening under their noses on their own soil, and I wonder how many of them suffered mentally afterwards from the part they unwittingly played in the destruction of so many lives (including their own)?

📚 This book is based on the life of Margot Wolk, Hitler’s last living food taster who died in 2014. It was a compelling read, and one I recommend. History can so easily repeat itself, and its best that we know it well lest we find ourselves repeating it.

Censorship Happening!

Liz James · May 5, 2020 ·

Hey friends, I’m finding the increased censorship across FB, Twitter, and You Tube platforms disturbing. Are you seeing this as well? 😱

There is something terribly wrong with censoring an educational and socially relevant video featuring two medical doctors👨‍⚕️👨‍⚕️ with more than 40 years of combined experience in microbiology and medical practice. I’d post a link to the video (it was excellent!), but it’s gone.

There was another doctor👨‍⚕️ from New York who posted a video about ventilators not being the answer to the crisis at hand a few weeks back, and even tho he certainly had the background to speak about the topic, his video has been censored as well.

And yet, Bill Gates, whose specialty is technology, is allowed multiple platforms to speak on regarding medical topics related to this plandemic. Considering the multi-millions 💰 he has invested into the vaccine industry, the digital quantum “tattoo” industry, and 5G, the pieces should be falling together for you. #doyourresearch

#ifitsmellsfishy……

#ifyouaretiredofbeingfearful……

Keep digging ya’ll. You are here because you feel in your heart that something isn’t right with the narrative at hand, and you’re right…. dig and learn and remember that the application of knowledge is a powerful thing.

I’m cheering you on as you learn the truth.

Spanish Flu

Liz James · April 20, 2020 ·

Late last week, I came across several bits of interesting history. It wasn’t until this weekend that I was able to tie them together. I hope you find this as fascinating as I did! 😘

📚History is an interesting animal. It only takes a generation or two before an entire story can be obliterated by tweaking the truth or hiding some pretty important facts. However…. it’s much like besmirching one’s character with false statements…. once the damage is done, the besmircher walks off scott free, while the besmirchee is left picking up the pieces. Sad, but true and it’s a terrible injustice.

Today I want to unwrap some unknown tidbits about the Spanish Flu. The Spanish flu extended from the spring of 1918 thru the spring of 1919. According to the CDC website it was “caused by an H1N1 virus with genes of an avian” origin.”

🇺🇸 At the time of the outbreak, the US Military was 6 million men strong….. 2 million of which were sent overseas to fight WWI.

☠️ The Spanish Flu killed an estimated 50-100 million people in the pandemic of 1918-19…. or did it?

**********Here’s where things get interesting************

I could not find the following information on the CDC website, but will provide links to the “missing” information I did find:

💉 When soldiers were drafted in 1917, JUST AS NOW, they became the property of the US Military institution. They became the guinea pigs for the newly formed Rockefeller Institute when the FIRST large scale human test subject study on an “anti-meningitis vaccine” was performed.

💉 From January thru June 1918…. an experimental meningitis vaccine was given to a large number of soldiers at the Fort Riley Military Base in Kansas.
(The Rockefeller Institute is known as the “birthplace for modern pharmacy”. )

Here’s a link to the official study from 1918:

experiments of soldiers – meningitis

💉 Sanitation was not the best. The soldiers were in close quarters. Clean water was still a luxury item. The soldiers did not have the best of food (watch WWI history… canned food which has very little nutrition… was their luxury food). Newly vaccinated with an experimental vaccine…. sent off throughout the world to fight (THAT’s kinda stressful don’tcha think?).

💉 More of the experimental vaccine was sent off to other countries….. England, France, Belgium, Italy, and others…

Here’s a link to a full article about this if it interests you:
(It’s written by a former federal attorney, Kevin Barry JD)

experiments of soldiers

💉 The Spanish flu….. it was discovered in 2008, was not a flu at all….. An estimated 92-93% of ALL Spanish flu deaths have been verified to have been related to bacterial pneumonia…. not influenza H1N1 virus.

The co-author of that paper is Dr. Anthony Fauci… the same one who has been speaking in the current White House Press Briefings every evening regarding our current pandemic.

Here’s a link to Fauci’s paper proving that the Spanish flu was 92%+ a bacterial infection and not the flu itself causing death:

fauci’s spanish flu paper

I encourage you all to read the entire article above about the vaccine experiment. It’s the invisible history that should be in history books, but was never even made a mention. History was one of my favorite subjects, and I remember writing two papers on the Spanish Flu for some reason back in the 1980’s….. but never remember reading this!

It’s important to know the truth and the context of all things as they are presented, especially now.

In my studying, I’ve noticed recently that Google searching algorithms have been loosened up considerably in the last month. I don’t have to dig nearly as deep or as hard as I used to in order to find truthful documents (as you will find above).

Please. Do your research. Don’t jump to conclusions just because the news or someone with “authority” said it was so. They could be pulling the wool 🐑 over your eyes on purpose, or on accident….. either way, it’s still wool….. and it’s still your eyes they pulled it over. And that’s baaaaad behavior on their part for not using due diligence and investigative reporting.

Know better. Do Better.

Farmers Rock

Liz James · April 6, 2020 ·

Happy Sunday friends! Did you eat today? 🍞🍎🌽🍗🍖🍏Yeah me too.
No matter the situation, God makes sure that we have all we need. It may not have been what you’re used to (ie: a post church dinner at some restaurant on plates you don’t have to wash for some of you), or your meal could have been exactly what it always is ….. a beautiful spread of home cooking, just with fewer friends and family around the table.
Regardless….. it’s food. And it was brought to you by God thru the caretakers we call our farmers👩‍🌾👨‍🌾. If you haven’t thought of farmers as essential workers, please consider adding them to your prayers. They work incredibly hard and long hours and usually get little to no recognition.
Young Living values quality farms too. If you’d like to know more about YL farming practices, please visit http://seedtoseal.com/en .

But these guys…. give a farmer a hug… especially the ones who do what they do with joy in their heart and a smile on their face! (You’re gonna enjoy this video… these guys love what they do!)

#4 Corona Virus 101

Liz James · March 12, 2020 ·

Post #4 Corona Virus 101….. Diagnostics

Last night our President declared corona virus a national emergency here in the USA. He also declared that a very small population overall appears to be at high risk. If you are generally a healthy person, that lowers your risk category considerably. (Either way, please refer to Post #3/ Demographics in this series if you aren’t sure.)

If you develop flu like symptoms while we are under the umbrella of this declaration, it is prudent to continue to examine the facts:

Fact #1: It’s still cold and flu season throughout the United States (and probably the world), and symptoms of a cold, flu, or corona virus are all very similar. Additionally, depending on your overall health status, all illnesses may not look the same…. mild cases of all 3 may not even have much of a fever, while severe cases could technically settle into secondary bacterial infections in some people.

Fact #2: Right now, testing is still sketchy. Some people have been tested as many as 6 times before testing positive. Testing kits from the CDC are faulty according to reports… with a 50% accuracy rate.

Additionally, I’ve read that mutations of the original virus have already occurred at least once (common with viruses), so my personal confidence level in testing will likely remain low throughout this situation.

Fact #3: If you are “kinda sick” but don’t feel awful…. but that inner fear is driving you to want to know…. do I have “IT”?……. is it worth it to go to a dr’s office and sit in a germ infested waiting room where you might actually catch something worse than what you have? …. all to receive a test that may not yield accurate results? #rememberwhatcuriositydidtothecat

You do you of course, but my gut tells me, this would not be in my plans for personal care. 😉

Fact #4: Let’s just say you DO have “IT”, but don’t feel much differently than if you had a cold… and THEN, you go to the dr’s office to get tested and you, my friend, become the vector and spreader of germs to someone who quite possibly has an existing immunocompromised situation. …… all to receive a test that, again…. may or may not yield accurate results.

Be kind to others. Please keep your germs to yourself.

Fact #5: Mild illness is not the same as serious illness, and only you know your body and when your symptoms would constitute seeking medical attention. By all means…. go. Be kind tho to others as you evaluate your decision and put your plan into action.

(Please refer to my disclaimer below…. you do you.)

Fact #6: Certain masks are marginally helpful in preventing the spread of this virus. The N95 respirator masks are hard to come by these days, but are the only ones being recommended by the CDC. They filter particles down to .03 microns. (One of the “gain in functionality” issues of the corona virus is its particle size…. which has been found to be anywhere from .05-.02… smaller than what this type of mask is capable of filtering).

Keeping your hands clean, washed, and away from your nose, mouth, and eyes, is really your best option… as well as utilizing an immune boosting lifestyle, which starts with what you put into and on your body on a daily basis (please refer to Post #3 for basic lifestyle tips).

Tomorrow (or perhaps even late tonight if I have time), I’ll unpack what we know to be true about viruses and how to create an inhospitable environment for them. I’m spending today working at the pharmacy…. without a mask.
