Thank you Veterans! We love and appreciate you….. I am blessed to have so many of you in my circle of life (these pics are just a few!) . You all have given so much, and our country wouldn’t be the Home of the Free without you. May your service never be in vain.

An Appeal To Heaven

According to history, the Biblical model of prayer and fasting was repeated hundreds of times in early America. In fact, on eight separate occasions during the American Revolution, the Continental Congress called the nation to a time of humiliation, fasting, and prayer and Founding Fathers who became state governors likewise called their own states to times of fasting and prayer.

The Appeal to Heaven flag was a flag commissioned by our country’s first president, George Washington before the signing of the Declaration of Independence. It is a symbol of solidarity, conviction, and encouragement to fight for liberty. (You can read more about it here: https://www.appealtoheaven.org/ ) During the American Revolution, an evergreen tree on a white standard was flown by America’s first Navy, and in all 13 colonies. The words “An Appeal to Heaven” became the decreed statement over the nation as this flag flew in battlefields and camps.

This is a big week friends. Please consider joining me in fasting and prayer for our country over the next 48 hours. Where two or more are gathered our voices are exponential.

Register To Vote-It Matters

Dr. Benjamin Rush was not only a doctor, but also a key player in the American Revolution and signer of the Declaration of Independence. He was known for saying that the 3 most important things are God, country, and family…. in that order. Someone once asked him why family wasn’t #2, and he replied….. “because if you have no country, you’ll have no family.”

The traditional family structure has been attacked mightily over the last few decades and our country and the children (especially!) are paying the price as a result.

Civic duty is vital to future generation’s quality of life. Imagine if we all did a little bit. Many hands make light work!

There is still time to sign up to be a pollworker or pollwatcher on election day. Your participation matters….. not just in voting, but in the process itself.

Biblical Citizenship

Good morning friends! Terry Billups and I will be starting our 6th round of Biblical Citizenship Class

on Sunday, August 28th.

When: Sundays from 6:30-8:00pm August 28th thru Oct 16th! Start and finish before the holiday season!

Where: from the comfort of wherever you are located!

Why do I do this? (Good question…. I’m certainly busy enough already!) Though I was first drawn to stepping in to make a difference in our health and wellness world, it quickly became very clear that just like all diseases….. the terrain is more the problem than the actual germ. As a country, we have to get our “terrain” back on track again, and that can’t be done by ignoring the root cause and “pathology” of why we are where we are now.

Total class time investment is 16 hours…. an hour and a half weekly for 8 weeks. The return on your investment is priceless! (I promise! … you’ll never look at history, our country, or your civic responsibilities the same again. In other words, if you want to keep your head buried in the ever deepening sand, DON’T take this class

Cost: Free

Cost for not taking the class: continual loss of freedom (Together we rise).
