.USE your lemon every single day however it best fits into your world. Dr. Lin suggested (when talking to him back in January in Utah) diffusing daily. I personally also use it in a roller bottle blend on the bottoms of my feet twice a day (my blend recipe looks like this)…..
1 10ml roller bottle
~ 20 drops of Lemon
~ 20 drops of Pine
~ 20 drops of Geranium
~ 20 drops of Thieves
Fill remainder with carrier oil
I also use a couple drops of Lemon in my water and also in my diffuser….. as you (hopefully) know…. Lemon and Lemon Vitality are both the same essential oil …. just different “wrapping” on the bottle to keep the FDA happy!
