It’s April 1st and I bet there are no fools here!
We are each here because we have quit fooling around with our health and are striving to do better so we can live our best lives!

Young Living helps us do that with every single product….. there is a purpose beyond creating a pleasant aroma (tho that’s a benefit!), and each product you get in the mail is an opportunity to ditch a toxin and replace it with something that is not only non-toxic… it’s beneficial to the body in multiple ways.
Disease and “common body dysfunctions” that typically result in being tied to the medical system are 90%+ the result of a combination of toxicity and nutritional deficiencies. The good news is that this means we have 90%+ CONTROL of what we put into our bodies. Powerful right?
I’d be here all day typing if I explained the multiple ways I use each one of the freebies I’ll be looking forward to receiving in my order this month, so I’m just going to tell you two ways for each of them (and encourage you to do your own digging to find more. Pubmed.gov is a great resource for actual science if you’re a “just the facts ma’am” kind of
)
Lemon
is an “every person’s” essential oil! Of course, it smells amazing and is a “happy” oil. Literally. (check out this study https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/22364736/ … a pubmed find which is also linked in the “Discover the Research” button at the bottom of the lemon page on the Young Living website). I also use lemon essential oil in my water to help support detoxification pathways in my body. The two different labels (Lemon vs Lemon Vitality) are a requirement by the FDA… it’s the same oil in each of the bottles.
Pine
is another oil I have used daily since 2020 (read between the lines here
). I choose to be proactive instead of reactive when it comes to staying well, and in 2020 I learned from Dr. HK Lin that Pine helps do that (he explained to me why, and I was like

). Since that time, I have made a roller bottle with Thieves, Lemon, Pine, and Geranium and applied it to the bottoms of my feet every morning and evening. I was already doing the Thieves daily, but the lemon, pine, and geranium were suggested as important pieces to addressing the new piece of the health puzzle we all now navigate. Bonus points….. tree oils are so grounding, and who doesn’t need help grounding?
Thieves Household Cleaner. Yeah, there ARE ways I can clean in a non-toxic fashion….. baking soda, vinegar, and lemon juice can do quite a lot. So what makes Thieves HHC my “go-to” for 99% of my cleaning needs?
It’s not only a nontoxic alternative, it supports my (and yours too!) immune system while you clean

.
It’s 100% safe all the way down to using to wash pets (yes, cats too, and cow udders in my case) and bonus points that fleas don’t do well with THHC. (plus it smells amazing!)
Purification is a “welcome to Spring and here’s all the biting/stinging bugs” oil to keep handy. I’ve found it does a stellar job of neutralizing the bite/sting. It’s also fantastic for neutralizing stinky odors (ahem…. stinky gym shoes/bag). Just put a few drops on a cotton ball and place it in those spots things need to smell fresh instead of
icky.
Thieves was my “gateway” oil that brought me to Young Living! (What was yours???) Roller bottle. Bottom of feet. Daily. (see above….. That Thieves, Pine, Lemon, Geranium recipe I used…. Geranium was free a few months ago… so you might already have that on hand). I’m over here doing the happy dance
because I’m getting about 6 months of Immunity Support Roller Bottle oils for FREE just for ordering things I already order! (I also use it in a variety of other ways and reasons….. a must-have for my tool kit!)
Tea Tree is probably one of the most well-known “for your health” oils. I’d encourage you to hop on to the Young Living website and once again check out the “Discover the Research” button at the bottom of the Tea Tree info page. 3 great studies there! How do I use Tea Tree? The “world famous” all-purpose nasal spray recipe has just 4 oil ingredients and Tea Tree is one of them (just a couple of drops). Potent stuff…. and also effective! It’s also my “go-to” for dabbing on the occasional blemish to speed up its going away.
Getting items like these for free every month is so helpful.
1. I get to restock what I use regularly for free.
2. If I’m not familiar with an oil or product, I get to learn and experiment with it for free. Learning and gaining confidence in how and what to use can be priceless education. Get good at the little things so you can be confident in using them for the “big things” (ask me how I know. I’ve managed to avoid lots of trips to the doctor over the last 11 years).
Have a great day friends! What’s the best April Fool’s gag you’ve ever been a part of (on the giving or receiving end)?
xoxo~ liz
