I really love how we can get clues from our food…… doesn’t cauliflower look a bit like a brain 🧠? (I believe God did this on purpose for us as clues). I’ve been following Dr. Uma Naidoo for a few years now. I love an MD who deeply understands the healing power of food. 💖

It’s that time again! The annual lymphatic drainage challenge #loveyourlymphatics ! Have you done this before? Would you like to try it this year? The lymphatic system is so important, and yet so many (even in the medical world) don’t address this VIP system until it’s screaming for help. 😢

Earth Day Health Tips

Happy 🌎Day friends! We are interconnected with our environment, and our environment has an enormous (90% + ) impact on our health.
Yep. Our individual genetic makeup only plays a 10-ish% part in your health. The vast majority of dangerous genes can stay turned off by how we choose our environment. This includes the words we say to ourselves, our emotions, how we receive words said over us, what we put in our bodies, what we put on our bodies, and how connected we are to the environment that Elohim (one of the many names of God, which in Hebrew means “creator”) made for us. Just as He wants us to remain connected to Him, He also wants us to remain connected to the earth He created. Separation from either one will ALWAYS contribute to health problems.

Benefits of Legs Up The Wall

It’s pretty safe to say that I suggest this technique at least a few times every week in my coaching calls. If I would add anything to this graphic, it’s this…. fill a sock with dry rice or beans and tie a knot in it. Use that lightweight weight over your eyes and forehead. It will add to the relaxation by quieting the prefrontal cortex (where much “chatter” happens in our minds). Bonus points…. add a few drops of Lavender, Vanilla, Peace &Calming, or whichever oil is speaking to you at the time.
