Vaxelis Caution

Liz James · April 25, 2025 ·

Oh my word. Vaxelis… a 6 in 1 vaccine and approved for as young as 4 months old.☠️
Please friends. There is nothing ok about this. Do your research before agreeing to something like this for yourself or a kiddo.
It’s not worth the risk.

Vaccine Dangers For Pregnant Women

Liz James · January 4, 2025 ·

Good morning friends! This is an excellent factual article about the lack of proper testing of vaccines on pregnant women (really, there is very very little testing done on any medication on pregnant women in the pharma industry).
If you know someone who is pregnant, or a couple who may be thinking about creating a new little human this year, this is a great message to pass along.
Informed consent and then making educated decisions is where it’s at if we are to be healthy as a country.
A healthy, nourishing diet, de-stressing, removing toxic burden, and getting plenty of sleep are wonderful ways to make strong healthy next generation leaders.

Skip The Nitrates, Not The Ham

Liz James · December 20, 2024 ·

Good morning friends! If a Christmas ham is on your menu this coming week, be sure to buy a variety that does not contain chemicals (specifically nitrates). Sodium nitrate reacts with the acid in a person’s stomach to form nitrosamines- one of the most cancer causing agents known (esophageal, liver, stomach, kidney, pancreatic, colorectal, and others). Regular consumption of nitrates may also increase the risk of type II diabetes (think sliced deli sandwich meats, hot dogs etc)

Interestingly, there have been over 1400 medication recalls in the last several years because of nitrosamine formation that has occurred during the production process of medications in some batches of medication (eg: metformin, ranitidine, losartan, valsartan, and other ARB’s are some of the more common ones). The FDA says nitrosamines are safe in small doses, but I am more of the mindset that if you know something is cancer causing, isn’t it best just to avoid it as best as you can? Small doses add up if you are taking them daily! (and it’s just one more reason to work to avoid medications whenever possible and use botanicals or holistic/ alternative methods of healing whenever possible 🙏)

If finding a local pasture raised ham isn’t feasible, here are some brands that are Nitrate free:
Naked Bacon
Applegate
Boar’s Head
Jones Dairy Farm
Wellshire Farms
Happy Friday!

Empowering Breast Health: How Switching to Paraben and Phthalate-Free Products Can Reverse Cancer-Associated Gene Expressions

Liz James · October 20, 2024 ·

The study results revealed a remarkable reversal of cancer-associated gene expressions in their breast tissue, suggesting that reducing exposure to these xenoestrogens could positively influence breast cell health.

Specifically, the study demonstrated that the subjects experienced significant changes in their breast cells, turning off certain genes linked to breast cancer.🙌🙌🙌

Breast Cancer Awareness Month is about breast health, and I don’t think there’s anything more important than emphasizing the importance of making informed choices about the products we use daily. Your choices largely determine your health outcome…. not your genes. (Genes only play a 5-15% role.)

It makes absolutely no sense to use paraben and phthalate laden personal care products.

None.

Especially when there are excellent safe alternatives out there.❤️

I agree that not knowing all the names that parabens and phthalates go by on labels is extremely challenging….. there are soooo many🙄😵‍💫, and I don’t have them all memorized either…… which is why finding a brand that works well, is safe and (bonus points!) has health benefits in addition to being safe.

Young Living is committed to keeping us healthy and safe. Kudos to y’all who have also figured this out too.❤️

By switching to paraben and phthalate-free products, we gals can potentially reduce the risk of breast cancer and promote overall well-being. We are the keepers of our castle, and what a blessing to be awake, aware and have choices!
