Independence Day Freedom Fest Event

Dallas/ Fort Worth area peeps….. if you are looking for a faith and historically-based super cool event for the July 4th weekend, look no further

! Capernaum Studios is located close to Weatherford. They are a movie studio (their sets have been used for the Chosen series and recently, a historical movie about George Washington www.washingtonsarmor.com among others). On July 1-2, they are having an immersive walk-thru experience/re-enactment showing how the Revolutionary War began.

Hey friends! If you have not yet seen this movie, you are missing out! It’s been years since we’ve been to a movie at a theater, but a faith based movie has our support. As we stood in line waiting to get our tickets, I couldn’t help but notice that the other movies being shown were awfully dark…. even the ones “for kids” (even darker if you have come to understand the symbolism in them).

Jesus Revolution is worth it!

Frequency of Music

This morning I was reading an article about neurons in the brain that only respond to singing and it got me to thinking. I come from a family that can’t carry a tune to save my life, while my sweet hubby comes from a family of songbirds. Does that seemingly large difference matter in terms of frequency? (I don’t know the answer to this…. I’m asking!)

My curiosity is based on this: We know that the brain responds to healing frequency as does the body. Are our singing voices naturally tuned to 432Hz? This inquiring mind (mine!) wants to know!

Well…life around here is kinda laid backAin’t much my old oils and me can’t hackIt’s Thieves on my feet and Valor on my back Thank God for essential oils!

Well a natural kind of life is what I’m lookin’ for.No chemicals for me, I’m healthy to the core.Even got an oil that hushes Daddy’s snores!Thank God for essential oils!

When I put the kids to bed and the sun’s settin’ low I grab my Peace & Calming and put it on their toes. They’re all fast asleep before I turn around to go!Thank God for essential oils!
